La posizione perfetta, 1 isolato dal mercato di Eaton Street Seafood e Old Town Bakery o 2 isolati dalla Conch Republic Seafood Company, Cole's Peace Artisan Breads, Half-Shell Raw Bar, Turtle Kraals, Schooner Wharf Bar e una passeggiata intorno al Seaport o A soli 4 isolati da Duval Street, Mojitoville completamente rinnovato vi stupirà con i dettagli (pavimenti in legno originali splendidamente rifiniti e muri in legno di Dade County), decorazione e attenzione ai dettagli! Sul registro storico e anche sportive una designazione vecchia isola Restoration Foundation, sedersi sulla veranda e guardare il mondo che passa o godersi il ponte totalmente privato paesaggistico posteriore, piscina riscaldata e barbecue grill a gas!

Lo storico Cottage dispone di due camere da letto, una con letto king size pillow top, 42 'TV a schermo piatto a parete l'altra con letto matrimoniale pillow top, 42' TV a schermo piatto. Inoltre, il meraviglioso loft ha due letti singoli e un salotto privato per il relax e una piccola parete TV a schermo piatto.

La camera da letto matrimoniale dispone di un bagno en-suite con doccia e asciugacapelli, secondo bagno fuori dal corridoio e vicino alle scale circolari al loft comprende una vasca, asciugacapelli e W / D.

La grande sala con soffitto a volta nella parte posteriore del cottage ha un soffitto a volta e doppie porte francesi attraverso il muro che si aprono su una terrazza privata circondata per la privacy con scherma e fogliame tropicale, piscina riscaldata con tavolo e sedie. La grande sala è composto da un soggiorno e cucina. Il soggiorno è dotato di uno schermo piatto Phillips da 32 '(regolabile per movimenti e visioni ampi) e di posti a sedere comodi e intimi.

La cucina elegante e completamente attrezzata con soffitto a volte ha una lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigorifero con ice-maker, forno, smaltimento dei rifiuti, piano cottura in vetro, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, ripiani in granito e tutto ciò che si può desiderare per preparare una festa gourmet! C'è un tavolo da pranzo Tamarind recentemente rifinito e riparato con 6 sedie da pranzo in teak, anche se le porte francesi sul ponte, e un alto bar / tavolo da pranzo nella zona cucina che può ospitare quattro ..

Dall'uragano Irma abbiamo: sostituito tutte le recinzioni delle aree posteriori e la maggior parte delle piantagioni posteriori; la piscina è stata rifinita; sostituito il filtro della piscina; fece riparare e rifinire il tavolo di tamarindo; e riparato l'aria condizionata. Abbiamo anche installato un nuovo frigorifero / congelatore Bosch, una nuova lavastoviglie e un nuovo scaldacqua a richiesta. Meno male!

Lovely cottage in a great location

We enjoyed the location - just two blocks to the Harbor and walking distance from pretty much everything in Key West. We enjoyed our walks with the dogs around the harbor in the mornings and evenings. The house had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The back yard was lovely to hang out in, mostly shaded, and the fence was secure for our dogs.

Great location

We really enjoyed our time at mojitaville. Excellent location to get to everything. We used bikes or walked almost everywhere. Very cute conch house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time there!

Didn’t want to leave!

Great location and amenities; enjoyed many a happy-hour around the pool. The atmosphere in the home was so pleasant….cheery colors and amusing art. The property manager and the owner were both very responsive. We had. a thoroughly enjoyable month!

Great vacation home!

Mojitoville was all we could ask for in Key West. The location was perfect,, a walk to everything. We hardly moved our car. It had everything we could need for our month's stay and we enjoyed the small heated pool almost every day. The owners were very responsive and the local manager was always available.

Great Time at Mojitoville in Key West!

We loved this cute house in Key West! Just a few short blocks to everything you need. We walked to the Historic Seaport every day with great shops, restaurants, and boats to get on for fishing, snorkeling, sailing... The owners and the property manager were great! Can't wait to go back! AAAA+++

Great house in historic Old Town Key West

We loved this house! It was clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Key West. We walked everyplace we went. The owners were great. Every room has a theme. We will be back.

Mojitoville checks the box on the majority of all things. Cute house! Location great!

Adorable house. Owners meet the needs of guests with beach towels, washing machine, kitchen appliances, grill, air conditioning, fans, blankets, etc. House was clean and well maintained, comfortable beds. Needed pool heat turned up - immediate response from owner. We had a fabulous time!

The house was an estically pleasing combination of Key West flare and art.

The owners were extremely gracious to our group of four adults. The location of the house is minutes away from the hub bub of downtown Key West! It also provided a respite in the backyard with a pool. We found the street to be very busy but we did enjoy the location and proximity to the waterfront! Tom and Susan were wonderful hosts for this charming house.

Lovely Key West property....

Location, location, location. This property was extreme well located for our month in Key West. We didn’t have a car (you don’t need or want one because the parking is extremely challenging) and the key is great for its walkability. The house is charming and the back patio with pool is quite lovely. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Great house in a Great location!

I recently stayed at Mojitoville for just over a month. The house is very comfortable and the location can't be beat! I spend a lot of time in Key West and have stayed in many long term vacation rentals all over Old Town and this was by far my favorite! I loved the proximity to Eaton St. Seafood Market and the Mojitoville kitchen and outdoor gas grill had everything I needed to cook up some fresh seafood! The entire house was well decorated and stocked with everything I needed. There are also many helpful labels and notes explaining where things are and how to control lights, ceiling fans, TV's, etc. I look forward to staying at Mojitoville again!

Wonderful stay

Great property in a great location. Close to Duval, Simonton Beach, the historic waterfront, which is my favorite place to walk the pup in the morning, and convenient to some excellent neighborhood restaurants. Walked everywhere, never even used an Uber. Very clean. Great communication. Yes, it’s on a busy road so you may hear the traffic but I use a sound machine to sleep so wasn’t disturbed by it at all. Free street parking can be found within a block or two of the property so no issues there. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful Vacation

Just wanted to say the we really enjoyed our stay at "Mojitoville!" Our family went for Thanksgiving Week and everyone had a great time. The house is in a great location. We brought our bikes and were able to ride them everywhere and had a convenient place to lock them up. Our friends came and joined us for the last half of the week. There was plenty of room for everyone ( 6 of us total ). The house has all the essentials. The outside deck and pool was nice. We spent every night outside playing games on the fabulous large table. We would definitely recommend this house!!!!!!!

Adorable conch house in PERFECT location!

We stayed at Mojitoville with family (5 of us) and it was the perfect house - so well appointed, wonderful decor, awesome front porch and back patio WITH A DIPPING POOL (!!!!), and the location could not have been better. The house is situated close to both Duval St. and the Bight (Waterfront) area - everything is walk-able from Mojitoville. You are just a few short blocks from the heart of Duval or a few blocks from all that the waterfront area has to offer. Two of the best places to get breakfast and lunch are a stone's throw - Old Town Bakery and Paseo. Plus, Eaton Bikes is right next door which makes it so easy to rent a bike and explore the island. We have stayed many places in Key West but Mojitoville is our very favorite!

Nice house, good location

Mojitoville is a very nice house, everything is as described or better! a porch in front of the house, a big bedroom with a queen bed facing the street, a living room with kitchen facing the back and a nice bedroom with a King bed and ensuite-bathroom with shower in the middle. 2 twins + a sofa on the mezzanine. Another bathroom at the bottom of the spiral staircase. TV in all rooms House is very well decorated, and everything you need is in there. Very enjoyable deck with big table, small pool, BBQ, outdoor shower,.. There is a nice big tree so its always easy to find shade. The location is great; the house is in the historic district, close to everything. Owners are responsive and very nice to deal with

Beautiful home in excellent location

My husband and I have visited Key West several times over the years, staying in a variety of accommodations and locations. We can honestly say that Mojitoville is excellent in both categories. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped and is obviously well loved & maintained by the owners. Location in the heart of Old Town couldn't be better. Everything Key West has to offer is an easy walk or bike ride away (Eaton Bike rental shop right next door) including some of our favorite hangouts around the waterfront. The owners provide a great selection of restaurant & bar coupons if you need some ideas. Mojitoville provides both a great front porch and a private backyard/patio/pool area for when you just want to chill out at 'home'. Did we mention there are 2 bakeries (Old Town Bakery and Coles Peace) within 2 blocks if coffee and a croissant are your idea of how to start the day... Loved Mojitoville - looking forward to our next stay in paradise!

The Perfect Getaway!

We rented this house for the month of May 2021. It could not have been more perfect. The location is ideal, walking or biking distance to all the fabulous Key West restaurants and famous Duval street. The house itself is charming, it is meticulously clean and well stocked. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier. Even the little things were thought of, for instance, the owners leave business cards out from nearby restaurants that give you a free mimosa or a percentage off the bill. There is also a notebook that contains menus of restaurants and really interesting information on the history of Key West. The parking was no problem, we found a spot close to the house and stayed there all month. The pool was very enjoyable. If you get a chance to rent this house, do it! It will be the best vacation you ever had as it was for us.

Delightful month at Mojitoville

Mojitoville was a delightful choice for my month in Key West. The conch house was a perfect blend of Old Town Key West charm and modern conveniences. The owners and caretaker were highly responsive, helping me connect my Roku to the wireless internet and replacing an outdoor grill that had seen better days. The back garden is an oasis. The furnishings were comfortable and the attractive kitchen well-equipped. A multitude of restaurants, both on Duvall St and the quieter eastern part of Old Town where Mojito is located, were an easy walk. My two small dogs were entranced by the roosters that greeted us on our daily walks. There is occasional noise from Eaton Street, from tour buses and motorcycles, heard mostly from the front bedroom. And the design of a conch house means footsteps in the loft can be heard in the bedrooms beneath it. I worked remotely from Mojitoville during my stay and found the wireless and cell reception quite reliable. Because indoor table space is limited, I bought a small folding table for my desk, and the setup was perfect. I am counting the months until my next visit.

Mojitoville - An exceptional Key West getaway

I just concluded my second stay at Mojitoville and am returning for two months in 2017. The cottage is as charming as its photos suggest. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well-stocked, and the landscaping lush. Without a doubt, my favorite feature is the private back deck and heated dipping pool. The home is located far enough from the bars on Duval Street that you don't have the noise from the commercial area but close enough to walk to dinner. In fact, many delightful restaurants, such as Azur, Michael's, and Mangia Mangia, as well as the wonderful Fausto's grocery market are an easy walk, nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood with lovely, old, authentic homes like Mojitoville. My small dogs and I were regulars at Harpoon Harry's, where they were welcome on the patio, and breakfast is served all day. You can also pick up seafood at the market across the street and grill it on the deck, for those times you feel like staying in. The beautiful outdoor table seats six comfortably, and the outdoor lighting makes it a charming location for a dinner party. This year I discovered the delights of sitting on the front porch and enjoying the pedestrian scene. Mojitoville's local caretaker is responsive, and the owners clearly care about you having a good experience.

Key West Bungalow

One of the nicest cottages we have rented in Key West. Also, very pet friendly! Beautifully decorated, nice dip pool and deck with lounge chairs and big table for outdoor dining. Eaton is a very busy road but once you walk a block it is quietly residential and close to everything. The property manager and owner were very responsive to any questions or problems.
