Situato a Monterey Dunes Colony, una comunità privata recintata situata tra Santa Cruz e Monterey. Casa a schiera sulla spiaggia a un piano dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla club house con piscina comunitaria e jacuzzi, campi da tennis, bocce, pallavolo, pallacanestro, green e gabbia di guida. La casa ha alti soffitti a volta, molte grandi finestre panoramiche e porte scorrevoli per sfruttare le viste panoramiche sull'oceano e un percorso diretto verso la spiaggia. La cucina ha contatori di quarzo Cesarstone, armadi laccati ed elettrodomestici e si apre al soggiorno w / camino w / camino in granito; entrambi con vista sull'oceano diretta. Le regole dell'associazione limitano l'occupazione a 5 persone. Minimo 2 notti / minimo 3 notti, se festivo.

Wonderful Thanksgiving by the Beach

Jeff and Pam are great hosts. Their beach house is a great place for families to gather and their kitchen is the best stocked of any we have experienced. We hope to return in future years.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet and private beach front property, this is the place. You are just steps away from the beach and the view is beautiful all day long. The home is cozy yet the living area is large enough for gathering as a family for meals and hanging out. The home and kitchen are fully equipped so we were not in want for anything our whole stay. There are also the community pool and sports areas. Jeff and Pam are excellent hosts and great at communicating. We brought my elderly mother to enjoy being by the beach and it was just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Beach Getaway

Such a wonderful location! The amenities and property were beautiful, we appreciated the quiet getaway just hop skip and jump away from Monterey. The kids enjoyed the beach, we spotted some crabs, whales, pelicans, cormorants, snowy plovers, gulls, whimbrel and so many more species of birds.

It’s a little piece of heaven! Loved the super updated house with every imaginable kitchen item! The spices, oils, snacks!!! And even popcorn! The hosts have thought of everything. The beach toys, chairs, gazillion towels, beach bag, and even flip flops were so handy with kids. Appreciated no stairs to beach! We spent a few days here (as we always do at Moss landing every year) and this is by far the loveliest! The kids appreciated the Disney channel and the big tv! We appreciate the black out curtains! We are going to be back!

Gorgeous, well-stocked and super-comfortable home in a gated community! Fantastic views and stunning sunsets! Easy beach access via the boardwalk, just over a small dune. The owners made us feel so welcome, so nice and helpful! We look forward to visiting again!

Location and privacy was so important to our group and this did not disappoint. Great kitchen space and a back door straight to the beach. Amazing scenery and the best weather we could ask for. We can’t wait to come back! The view was spectacular and the house was perfect. It had everything we could need to enjoy a week at the beach. The owners thought of everything. Being able to walk right to the beach was incredible. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful View!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeff & Pam's beautiful place!! The ocean view was incredible and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. The recommendations from Jeff & Pam were very helpful & our kids loved the snacks that were left for guests. The short walk to the beach was a big highlight. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed at & we hope to visit again soon!

Replenishment

We were able to totally be at rest and allow the immersion in the soundscape of the ocean to hold us and nourish us. Jeff and Pam's place was most conducive for this and met our expectations. I'd return here in the future.
