Great comfy place. Super clean and beautiful view of the beach for a bottom unit. Super quiet and beautiful place. Great communication and flexibility from the owners. A must stay at Pajaro Dunes! Loved it and will definitely be back!

Gated location is close to premium beach with excellent access. Condo is clean and inviting, and is setup well for adults and children. Hosts are helpful and amenable.

The condo was super comfortable and incredibly easy to get to the beach. The beds were clean and my kids said “best sleep of their lives.” Absolutely loved hearing the ocean waves while we slept! Plan on staying again!

We had a great stay. Excellent location, clean condo, and great amenities like Wifi, TV, beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed the quick steps to the beach as well as the pickleball and basketball courts on property.

This condo is well equipped, and well located for several adventures, including on the beach, pinnacles national Park, the Monterey aquarium, and the rest of the Bay Area has to offer.

Check-in was super easy and host was always receptive to messages. Was a little disappointed that you can’t see the beach from the house (suppose to be beach front) and not enough space for everyone to sit in the living room.

We realized that the picture with the arrow specifically indicating where our unit’s location is, was moved from the front page to the second photo during our most recent photo update. This was our first Vrbo experience and honestly it set the bar impossibly high. From the moment we walked in, it felt more like home than our actual home, cozy, immaculately clean, and so peaceful. Everything worked perfectly, not a single hiccup the entire stay. The beach was beautiful and the wildlife around the property was something else, the kind of thing you don’t forget. My family and I are already talking about coming back. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, just book it.

You honestly can’t beat the location for the price. Direct access to a private beach was awesome. The beds were awful, you could feel every spring and some upgraded sheets that don’t feel like paper would help with the experience. Also the oven has to be from the 70s when the place was built and one of the burners is broken. Just some basic things that would improve the experience and make you feel good about spending the money

We love Pajaro Dunes!! It is the perfect beachfront getaway. The condo was cutely, decorated, and well supplied with everything we would need. Nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean!

Perfect location for our girl get away! Loved the uncrowded beach and super quiet condo. Really close access to the beach and just a short drive to Apros, Capitola, and Santa Cruz! As mentioned in other reviews, the shower can be difficult to access if you have limited mobility. Really enjoyed using the pickleball courts. The carts available to load your stuff in and out was awesome! Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful!! Thanks for a super relaxing week!

We loved our stay at Pajaro Dunes. The condo was absolutely clean and fresh. Everything we needed in the home was easily accessible and just steps away from beach access. Our communication with the host was AMAZING from day one until our very last day. We look forward to staying here for our upcoming trips at Pajaro Dunes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Our family had a fantastic stay at Mat and Leticia’s condo! We are a family of five and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being within steps of the beach, and Monterey is only about 30 mins away, so it was an easy drive to visit the aquarium and go kayaking. We had a beach bonfire every night and even saw whales from the shoreline. It’s a gated community and the security guards were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Allegra and family were a delight. We received them as guests from the previous owner of our condo and they were super understanding and accommodating. Glad we were able to host them - would do it again anytime!
