Deerfield Beach Delight

This property is a delight - beautifully furnished, quiet peaceful backyard, and just a very short walk to the beach. Everything was just as described. The property owner, Anabella, was very accommodating and we look forward to returning there before too long.

Perfect place for a seaside vacation

Casa Mia is across the street from the Atlantic ocean in Deerfield Beach. I spent a week at the penthouse in January 2015. Casa Mia is spacious (for up to three people), clean, lovingly decorated, and close to everything that matters. Scenic route A1A, perfect for cycling, is right outside the door. Stores and restaurants are a short walk down the street. I loved the front and back balconies. Most importantly, Anabella is a charming host and will call or text you back within minutes if you need anything. I intend to return!

Absolutely Wonderful

We felt quite lucky to stumble upon this villa with it’s super convenient location that has also been tastefully updated. Also, Ana’s communication from booking to arrival to check out was responsive to our needs. The location is so close to the beach and walkable to many in town stores, restaurants, bars, snacks. Each of the 2 bedrooms were quite comfortable for out of home lodging. The place was super clean and had a kitchen with anything needed, if you choose to cook in. Ana had umbrellas and beach chair plus a hose out front and out back to rinse off the sand. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus and much appreciated. I cannot say anything negative really because for my husband, University of Alabama senior and I, it filled our need and exceeded our expectation. Roll Tide from PA!

Great location

The place is in a great spot. We loved the location. A few things weren’t great so I gave it a 4. The AC didn’t keep up so you would sweat and freeze all night. The hot tub didn’t work. She told us before we got there that it broke in November but it wasn’t on the Vrbo listing 3 months later when we booked. We were already non refundable at that point. Also the master bathroom is open to the bedroom. No door or wall for privacy when using the toilet. It was good but could be great!

Dear Tony, I am so sorry that your experience was less than 5 stars. The ac unit is new and the reason you experienced too warm or too cold was due to the air return. The Queen bedroom door needed to be open to receive the cold air and return it. The bathroom in there is part of the bedroom and for privacy the bedroom door needed to be closed. “Art Deco” I wish you had just text as this was an easy fix. The hot tub has been on back order since November due to the pandemic and you were immediately contacted upon booking to inquire if you wish to cancel due to the hot tub not be available. You did not wish to cancel and it was not an issue for you at the time. I truly apologize for the disappointment. Thank you very much for the 4 star rating. I truly hope Casa Mia Beachside Villas will be a future consideration. A top of the line New Hot Springs tub is scheduled to be delivered in late April. Superbe maison avec tout le confort et les aménagements attendus pour passer un excellent séjour.

Une maison idéalement située : suffisamment éloignée du petit centre ville pour être au calme mais seulement à quelques mns à pieds pour profiter des restaurants et boutiques ; par ailleurs la plage est juste de l autre côté de la rue, sur la gauche très peu de monde et sur la droite autour du pier plus animée. L accueil d Anna est super, gentillesse ,disponibilité et réactivité à tout moment, ça été un plaisir de la connaître. La maison ( nous étions dans la partie RDC ) est parfaitement équipée, très propre , le jardin paysagé est particulierement agréable , le spa également. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette maison et son hôtesse !

Absolutely loved it here!

Beautiful villa that has everything you need! Walking distance to beach, shopping and several bars/restaurants. Jacuzzi in evenings is very relaxing. Hostess Ana is great. Very friendly and was here to greet you upon check in. Loved it here and don't want to leave.

Deb and Franks vacation

The beach house was amazing. I spent two weeks with my husband and daughter, and I plan to stay one month next January. The beach house had everything we could want on a vacation. I rented the bottom part of the condo. Two blocks to the right and we were in the heart of town (great night life) you could have dinner and a few drinks and walk home. Two blocks to the left we were at the beach - which is almost private, very quiet. You can come and stay and have a quiet vacation or a party vacation. The house was fully equipped, including the kitchen, which was great for me since I am a gourmet cook. You can not be disappointed!

Awesome House!!!...Beyond our expectations!!!

The house is so inviting and warm...beautiful!! We knew from the moment we stepped into the house we were going to love it. The location is perfect...right across the street from the beach, close to shops & restaurants. The back yard at night is a paradise, the hot tub, the light in the landscape and garden...Wow!! Luxury Close to the Beach

We loved the spa shower heads, the wonderful Tuscan stone tile throughout the home, the plantation shutters, the generous windows that let in the Florida sunshine, the beautiful grounds, and the luxurious linens. And the "how to" labels were helpful in navigating the house, making us feel more at home. The beach entrance was so convenient - being just steps away, and the historic Deerfield Beach Pier was a great place to walk, even in chilly weather and at night. We enjoyed eating at JB's on the beach on New Year's Eve and Le Val de Loire Restaurant in The Cove Shopping Center (great crêpes and Napoleons). All the very elegant amenities were made all the more special by Ann, who is such a gracious host. We hope to come again!

We have just returned from Casa Mia Beach House and it was wonderful! Everything was so perfect and we were so impressed with the decor inside and out. Furnishings that we didn't even realize we might need were there at our finger tips - to use. I tried to find a spec of dust but I couldn't. I loved it all. It was like our own little paradise. Everything was close to us. The beach and restaurants, shops and pier were all within a five minute walk from the house. Golfing and the casino and some tourist sites were about twenty minutes drive from the house. One night we even Bar BQ'd. Ann the owner was a delightful, kind and easy person to do business with. I will be recommending her Beach House to everyone. I'm also hoping to get back there again myself some day. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Three best girls friends ...

Three best girls friends just spent 4 wonderful days at Casa Mia. As a professional designer I can honestly say the decor is just beautiful. There is a noticeable heart and soul in the home and lots of TLC and attention to detail. The spa was such a relaxing treat. The bedding and mattress are very comfortable. The robes were so cozy. The kitchen is fully loaded and gorgeous. The garden is beautiful, serene and private. The hot out door shower was fun and a great first experience. The recliner sofa will comfortably sleep another person. Lots of great closet space. Convenient washer and dryer. Such a short walk to the most wonderful beach and great places to eat and shop. Try Bobbie's Italian restaurant. Everything we ate was wonderful. They also have live music outside and people are dancing on the side walk. So much fun. And Ann the owner was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend Casa Mia and are looking forward to coming back.
