Mama and daughter trip!

We loved being right on the beach. We loved the pool and splash pad areas. We liked having the coffee shop and ice cream readily accessible. Parking was plentiful and we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy the city if we wanted to get out.

The room was clean,and felt like home.great views off the balcony.very easy access to the elevator.the resort is great,and also very good place for kids.my kids really likes the water park amenities.easy access to the beach area also.the staff was great,and very nice.

Vacation

Proptery was dirty, patio chairs were old and broken. We were told we wold be refunded the amout for the first night and $100.00 for our meal we ate while the propyer was being cleaned. We havent been reimbursed for anything.

Dirty room

Room was left dirty from last first. Cabinet's, kitchen floors and fridge Handel's we're all sticky. Freezer would not stay frozen because of a tray/draw. I was able to readjust the tray to keep things frozen on our last night there.

Great resort but let down unit..

the resort itself is awesome we will be back next year our child loved the water park. for the room we tried to be open minded because it was on the tail end of the season, but either the owners don't care, or the management company is horrible. when we arrived, the room was only vacuumed, and beds made. the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, table and countertops were sticky, and the showers had sand and hair in them. outside patio furniture was plastic chairs you would buy from Walmart, two of the three were broken and the end table was laying in the corner in two pieces. start of day two we tried to do a load of laundry and the dryer does not work, the toaster did not work, and the MICROWAVE did not work. towel hangers in the master hanging off the wall and the sinks in the master bath do not drain... what makes all this worse is I went back and checked reviews for August 2023 and several other people complained about the same things that occurred to us and they chose not to take care of it are willing to collect your money. Again, the resort is amazing and focused around making sure your kids have fun but book a different unit. hope this helps.

Family vacation

This rental was great for our family vacation. The master suite was spacious and worked well for us. The rental could have been a little cleaner. My child found a empty Yoo-hoo container and a random toy left from precious guest. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work consistently so we had to hang dry any clothes we washed.

Fall break stay

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Splash Resort. Everything from check in to check out was very convenient and it had everything we needed for our vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Location and price were great

Love splash, we go every summer. Location and price were great. Overall unit was good but box springs in both beds squeak if you move at all. It made for some difficult sleeping conditions.

Family Vacation

The condo was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was decorated and kitchen furnished on the high end of the spectrum. The view was beautiful, the balcony had plenty of room. We loved our stay and will stay again.

Splash resort unit 702E

The process of renting was easy and all information accurate. The complex was excellent for children. The unit it’s self needed attention. Sofa was terrible and wore out. Balcony furniture cheap and useless. We used our fire stick to access television. The owner needs to spend a little money. Air conditioner was great . The rental chairs need to be closer to water to allow small baby sun tents to be put up behind . Rental chairs were useless for families with infants.

Worst Unit.. Wasted lot of money

Normally, I don't like to write reviews but after staying at this unit, I feel it's better to warn public who is planning to book this Unit. Don't wast money like me as I wasted 3/4 of a grand for Junk unit. Everything is worst in the house. Starting with entering the unit, you will notice everything is broken. Sofa's are bad and gives stink smell if you sit on it. We sat on the dining table and center wood table all the time we stayed in the room. Then come to Carpet, it's like 100 years old carpet and never vaccumed. I leave it to you how bad it looks and feel. Same goes with Beds, even sitting on it makes creek sounds. Literally, we didn't had a good sleep all through our stay. Curtains are dirty and gives bad smell. Toilets are ok to use. None of the Television remotes work. The only thing that was good in the unit was bedsheets. It was washed and cleaned. Seeing all these things, we didn't use Kitchen utensils at all but seems all the utensils are there. We didn't even call maintenance as northing maintenance can do other than replacing the furniture and replace everything in the unit. Even a 1 star hotel will be better than this unit. Resort pools are good and kids have fun in pools. Lastly, this unit is a junk. Photos in the site won't give those details. I felt, writing a review will warn people who are booking the room and don't waste their money.

Unkept and dirty

A balloon was left in our room, coffee table dirty, stains on couch and chairs, sliding glass door handle broken, fire alarm battery going out and needed replaced. Difficult to find people who work here. Bar/snack area frequently not opened. Pool and lazy river not heated as advertised. Snow cone stand serves snow cone juice that had dirt floating around in it. Way too many people for elevator infrastructure, had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator.

Dirty, outdated furniture, broken bed.

Very disappointed with this unit. The master bed was in terrible condition, horribly creaky and uncomfortable. My back hurt all week. The living room furniture was stained and sunken and not one piece matched. The deck furniture was filthy. The rod in the shower curtain was horribly rusted and ruined the new swimsuit I had draped over it. This unit is in SERIOUS need of attention. DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT!

Spring Break for family

First off, Vacasa was great. From booking, to arrival, to check in, to the stay, and check out, everything worked out and there were no problems. As for the Unit, it was well equipped for our family of 5. The roll away bed was broken but was not an issue for us since we had an air mattress along for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and pots/pans. Only issue we had was lack of garbage bags since we were only supplied 2 bags. I'm sure we could've requested more. The Unit was clean, spacious, and the view was everything we were looking for. As for the resort, it was great. The pool areas were everything as advertised. Splash areas with slides was not heated. Hot tub and heated pool next to it was full of kids (as it should be) since it was 70°s and breezy. The pool and lazy river on other side were not heated but still nice. Bar and grill next to pool was very nice with lots of options. The only issues we had but took into consideration since we read about them in other reviews was the elevators. Sometimes there was a long wait but overall wouldn't stop me from going back.

Good

We really enjoyed this room and hotel. Everything was clean and they were very helpful with any questions we did have. The only downfall was for the time we went the kids "waterpark" part wasn't working which was the main reason why we picked this hotel.
