The weather did not cooperate with us for the weekend, but we still had a very lovely and enjoyable time. Eight girls got together and talked cooked played games and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with utensils and appliances. Beds were cozy and comfy. Wonderful bathroom space with amenities we plan to return.

We had an amazing family get together this week at this property. We enjoyed the many seating areas and covered pavilion. The pool and hot tub were awesome and very clean. The teenagers enjoyed the game room. The house had everything we needed and more. The hosts were easy to reach snd responded quickly to any enquiry Thank you for s great stay,

This place was amazing! We had childhood girls reunion. Lots of open space inside and outside to hang out and visit. Each bedroom had its own full bath. The game room with air hockey, pinball and theater screen. Everything worked so clean, beds were awesome. Loved it.

Amazing place to stay, close to San Marcos with easy access to the Hill Country. Owners were very responsive and helpful, would 100% stay here again!

We chose this party because we were in town for our daughter’s wedding, so our time on the property was limited due to wedding activities. It served its purpose.The property was as described and communication with the host was seamless, and responsive in a timely manner. Check-in and directions to the property were easy. The location was perfect for our needs.We did not have time to take advantage of things like the hot tub, game room, etc., due to our wedding activities. The home appeared to not have been used for a bit, so it did have a bit of a musky smell when we arrived, but that went away fairly quickly after we arrived and opened things up. The showers had moderate pressure and not the hottest of water, but we did have 8 people in the property, so that may have been a factor if we were taking showers at similar times. A few of our guests complained about the mattresses either being too hard or too soft, but they also said they liked the house. The upstairs bedroom with a King bed had an en-suite bathroom and the shower did not drain well at all. The water would pool and if left there for too long before finally draining, it would leave an awful odor, so make sure it drains before you leave the shower. You’ll have to push the water to the drain with your hands/feet or the squeegee in the shower.The photos posted are the reason we were in town and our experience with family and friends is what mattered.

Perfect retreat

We stayed here celebrating a girls weekend. It was the perfect spot to relax and accommodate several of us! It is located conveniently for access to amenities but yet still feels like a rural setting. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for four couples to enjoy a long weekend away! Nice separate game / tv room off the main house. The guys loved the reclining chairs and big screen tv to watch opening weekend of college football! Beautiful property!

Great weekend getaway!

Beautiful property. Fun outdoor area with fire pit, smoker, hot tub, games etc. Great weekend getaway for a group.

We had a wonderful time celebrating two high school friends turning 60! The house was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub, cowboy pool and the game room. The kitchen was stocked and we cooked and enjoyed many meals together. Wimberley was fun too; good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a true family getaway, you absolutely cannot do better than this property. The scenery, the property, the surrounding charming towns and activities, amazing. The house is charming and cozy and yet had every modern convenience on hand for a large family graduation celebration. The property is tucked off beaten path, the provided directions are spot on, is perfect for star gazing and late night chats by the fire pit. The adorable front porch swing and enclosed patio perfect do early morning quiet and coffee. The game room was a bonus space for teens and adults and foosball tourneys!
