Questo è uno dei pochi condomini diretti sull'oceano in A Place at the Beach III. Luminoso e arioso con nessuno sopra di te. Costantemente aggiornato e mantenuto. Siamo accanto al famoso bar sulla spiaggia di Ocean Annie, ma dal nostro ponte tutto ciò che puoi sentire è l'oceano e vedere è la spiaggia. A pochi passi dal molo di Apache e lo swash. Tutte le attività di Myrtle Beach si trovano nelle vicinanze, tra cui Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, mini golf, golf, fila di ristoranti e negozi; eppure siamo nascosti in un tranquillo Shore Drive, così puoi rilassarti mentre ti godi la spiaggia.

Il condominio diretto sull'oceano ha due camere da letto con aria condizionata e due bagni aggiornati tra cui bagno padronale ampliato. Pavimenti in laminato facili da pulire sono ovunque. Decorato in un'atmosfera costiera. La camera da letto principale si affaccia sull'oceano con un letto matrimoniale con imbottitura in schiuma, numerosi cassetti, TV a schermo piatto, un bagno privato con doccia full size e una porta sul balcone con vista sull'oceano. La camera familiare dispone di TV a schermo piatto da 50 ", porta scorrevole sul balcone con vista sull'oceano e finestre doppie con vista sulla spiaggia. Goditi la vista sull'oceano mentre ti rilassi all'interno o all'esterno sul balcone. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale pillow top e un letto singolo con rotelle estraibili, quattro posti letto e TV. L'aria condizionata centralizzata è silenziosa in tutte le camere, inclusa la camera degli ospiti. La connessione wi-fi gratuita ti terrà connesso nel condominio o sulla spiaggia.

La cucina ha un frigorifero di dimensioni standard con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e utensili da cucina, frullatore, tostapane e caffettiera.

Per limitare la quantità che devi mettere in valigia, mettiamo a tua disposizione 4 sedie a sdraio e un refrigeratore per i tuoi rinfreschi in spiaggia. Siamo orgogliosi del nostro condominio e assicuriamo che sia pulito e ben mantenuto durante tutto l'anno mentre viviamo nelle vicinanze. Uno dei nostri hobby preferiti è aggiornarlo.

Il complesso offre due piscine all'aperto, un'area barbecue con grill e tavoli da picnic, lavatrici / asciugatrici nell'edificio, parcheggio fuori strada. Siamo accanto al famoso bar sulla spiaggia Ocean Annies. Negozi di alimentari, negozi e ristoranti sono a meno di 3 miglia di distanza. Broadway at the Beach e Barefoot Landing sono 8 miglia.

Il prezzo del noleggio include la pulizia di partenza.

La HOA non ammette motociclette o animali domestici ed è vietato fumare all'interno del condominio. L'età minima per gli affittuari è di 25 anni e il numero massimo di ospiti per questo condominio è di 5.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed...it was the most well-appointed condo that we've ever rented. It was fun to be right next to Ocean Annies, and it was never too loud. Vivien responded very quickly to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

It was our first time staying at A Place at the Beach and it was wonderful! Very clean, very well decorated and great views of the ocean! Felt very homey and comfortable! We love staying around Ocean Annie’s Bar because we enjoy the live bands but when you’re trying to sleep is not so much fun! We loved the fact that at this stay we could do both enjoy the music when we wanted to but also enjoy peace and quiet! I will definitely make plans to stay there again!

The first thing you see is in this condo is the ocean! So bright and cheery and has the beach feel with the decor! Viviens condo is the ultimate clean!! There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to stay for a week. We will not hesitate to stay here again next year! The pool is convenient and the beach is wonderful, great location. Can't say enough positive about condo and Vivien. She accommodates in every way possible. Our stay just wasn't long enough!!!!

Excellent condo and very clean!

My husband and I along with our two grown daughters, stayed in this condo the week of September 10, 2022 and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, which is super important to us, also the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, etc. The view of the ocean was amazing! We loved how close Ocean Annie's was and even though it was close, the music was never loud at the condo. The very first day we were there our daughters said they wanted to come back and stay in this condo next year! The owners always responded back quickly when we had questions before we went and they were so very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the small pools. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners. It didn't really bother us though because we came for the beach and to relax with great ocean views and that's exactly what we got! We would certainly love to stay at this condo again in the future! We loved it!!

We had a great experience. The owner was wonderful and communicated regularly, the place was clean and excellently decorated, and the view was perfect. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again!

Setting up the vacation was a breeze. The place was very nice, quiet and clean. True to the ad and the view was amazing. I will absolutely be going back and may make this our yearly vacation spot.

Exceeded our Expectations

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location right on the beach was amazing. We ended up renting a few beach chairs and an umbrella from the life guard right in front of the condo. It was like $150 for 5 days. Kinda of high but we were able to pick our spot and he set them up every morning at 7 am and took them down at 5. It was so convenient. Sitting on the balcony and people watching and listening to the ocean was a highlight. My teens loved it too. We loved being a little north of all the craziness of Myrtle Beach. It was quieter and more family friendly. Vivian was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay. You won’t regret renting here it was absolutely lovely.

Beautiful Views

This condo is very clean and had everything that we needed. Really good use of space. From the living area and master bedroom you can look out at the beach/ocean. The deck faces the beach and offers lovely views. The entire property is kept up very nicely. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in many of the condos in the 9540 building over the years and I have to say this is the best condo in the building that we have ever rented. It has the most amazing view, on top of that it is so beautifully decorated and all has unique and efficient use of space for storing things and for comfortable living. It is very clean as well. Usually I mind how Noisy the front condos are but this one was perfect facing the opposite side of Ocean Annie’s so it is also much quieter as well! I would highly recommend renting this condo. Viv the owner also goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with renting the condo and making sure your stay is what you anticipated. She is amazing! I truly appreciate all she does!

Our stay did'nt last very long. we had to leave on Tuesday because of the hurricane that was coming in. Very sad to leave. But while we were there it was great!!!
