We rented this home for a family weekend trip and it fit our needs perfectly. The house was very clean, things were clearly labeled, the furniture was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the sun room with the table big enough for us to play games and we also enjoyed the covered back porch. The hosts have gone out of their way to provide thoughtful amenities. They also communicated well, responding to messages promptly and providing clear instructions. We highly recommend this home and these hosts!

We LOVED our stay here! Don't be fooled by the first exterior photo, which makes the house look a little rundown and in the middle of a grassy field. This home is in a sweet neighborhood, not too far from anything. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds and pillows are comfy, and there are plenty of items you may need during your stay (laundry soap, TP, toiletries, etc.) Lots of streaming options on the TVs and well working AC! We loved our stay.

The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Nashville. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of room in this home. We loved the back porch and the large dining room table which we used to place dice or cards each evening. Our hosts were very attentive. Susan actually reached out to us with information about flashlights and lanterns due to heavy thunderstorms in the area. We will definitely stay here again if in the Nashville area.

Property is very cute & conveniently located with extra amenities and comfort. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. When we arrived, there was a bit of an issue in the kitchen. We notified the hosts right away and they came and remediated the situation quickly. That's the only reason it wasn't a 5 stay review. If I could rate it 4.75, I would :)

Best Short Term Rental

This was by far the best short term rental I've ever stayed in. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. The house was well accommodated and comfortable for our group of 6. It had everything you would need and the back porch was great! We will definitely rent this house again.

Would stay here again!

Very nice property, would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had absolutely everything we needed! The only comment I would pass on would be that one of the showers leaked. Other than that, this rental was absolutely fantastic!!

Thanks Angela for being such great guests and your kind review, and a big thanks for letting me know about the leak in the shower. We always appreciate guest feedback so we can remedy the situation for the next guests. We've completed the repairs on the shower and we are good to go.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking (pots/pans/toaster, etc) and also had some spices and other staples. We ate dinner on the patio which was very nice and private. Instructions were very clear, like where to find extra blankets. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions and accommodated our needs.

Perfect Location/Property

We recently booked a stay while bringing our son to attend college orientation. It was close to downtown (10-20 minute drive depending on traffic) and to everything you would ever need. The host was very communicative and everything was as described. We look forward to staying here again!

Good location close to airport and easy access to Nashville

The house was perfect for three Vandy grads of 50 years to reunite. The location was an easy drive into downtown Nashville and 7 minutes from the airport. The quiet neighborhood was a welcome respite and the house was very well appointed. Quite comfortable and clean, sound machines in every room for good sleeping. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
