Location is GREAT! Everything you need and want is nearby. Apartment has everything you could possibly need and super clean. The host’s hospitality made for a very enjoyable experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This apartment was perfect for us. We loved having the kitchen and it was perfect with the market across the street. Also, having the clothes washer was so nice considering we had been traveling for a while. The terrace was absolutely lovely for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. Communication was immediate and easy and we will definitely stay again.

From the moment we went through the first door, everything about this apartment is so very Parisian. Jad’s communication was fantastic. Very informative and so helpful. The balcony was such a cool place to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather we had, morning coffee or evening wine, a place I spent crocheting a gorgeous shawl! Jad has literally thought of everything. Although I only cooked once, every utensil and pan was at our disposal. The area is ‘alive’ and felt very exciting. The local restaurants and bars were equally welcoming and our breakfasts - chefs kiss! We used the apartment as a base, and visited many places in Paris.

The apartment was very cozy and very nicely decorated. It was perfect size for two people. Kitchen was a huge plus as was the laundry amenities. Its location was central to where we wanted to visit in Paris. It is close to the Rex Theatre … so fun to people watch everyday Parisian night life.

A great place for 2. Location could not be better for walking the city. Store and shops and bakeries across the street, Rue Montorgueil is 4 minutes to the right once you exit. That means 100 restaurants and bars and shops, and no motor vehicle traffic. The best neighborhood we found on the trip was right next door. Kitchen is stocked, bathroom is spacious. Great value and host, will do again. For a first trip to Paris, this is the place to go.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The location is amazing! It was so easy for us to get all over Paris, and there are good places to eat and shop nearby. The building is safe and clean, as is the unit. Jad was a wonderful host and communicated effectively via WhatsApp. We were in Paris during a very hot week, so the apartment got a bit steamy - but the windows and fan helped us get a breeze that cooled it down. Highly recommend to an individual or couple looking for a convenient home base when exploring Paris!

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Although the apartment was a little cramped it was surprisingly very well stocked with everything you would need. Our host supplied a very clean apartment with a balcony overlooking the very French street. We had a romantic breakfast every day on the balcony and it was a marvellous experience. The kitchen had everything required to make most meals. There was even a fully stocked spice rack. The apartment had a very good washing machine which was very useful.We stayed a very Parisian neighbourhood with tons of bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, local markets and even the fantastic REX retro movie theatre which very much reminded us of Radio City in New York just meters from out apartment entrance.There was only a very short walk to the Metro.Everything was very comfortable, clean and close to everything we needed.We would be happy to stay here again.Highly recommended.

This property was in a great location close to a metro station, the charming smaller streets of the Marais, as well as a bustling main boulevard. The kitchen was well stocked, the balcony was larger than I was expecting, and there was plenty of storage space to put my things for my longer stay. Communication with the host Jad was easy, and he was very responsive. It got to be pretty hot in the apartment (end of April) but that could be easily remedied by opening the balcony doors and turning on the fan provided.The bed was a pull-out couch, but it was good enough for 1 person!

Staying in Paris like a Parisian

It was nice to feel like a Parisian living in a neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries, and shops just down the street in Montorgueil. Great access to various metro lines and for walking.

Perfect Paris Stay

I was solo traveling and this was the perfect place to land each day. Full kitchen with a clothes washer and the porch is lovely. I felt really safe and the property manager was lovely!

Romantic getaway

The apartment is really pretty. Its so pleasent to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails before going to dinner. The location is wonderful. So close to the metro and walking to everywhere we wanted ro go. I recommend it to any couple looking for a beautifully set up apartment.

Great location, well stocked, and great atmosphere.

The location was great. It was just myself and my adult daughter. We were able to easily metro all over the city. The apartment was well stocked and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
