La camera ha un divano che è molto comodo come letto.

A great place for 2. Location could not be better for walking the city. Store and shops and bakeries across the street, Rue Montorgueil is 4 minutes to the right once you exit. That means 100 restaurants and bars and shops, and no motor vehicle traffic. The best neighborhood we found on the trip was right next door. Kitchen is stocked, bathroom is spacious. Great value and host, will do again. For a first trip to Paris, this is the place to go.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The location is amazing! It was so easy for us to get all over Paris, and there are good places to eat and shop nearby. The building is safe and clean, as is the unit. Jad was a wonderful host and communicated effectively via WhatsApp. We were in Paris during a very hot week, so the apartment got a bit steamy - but the windows and fan helped us get a breeze that cooled it down. Highly recommend to an individual or couple looking for a convenient home base when exploring Paris!

This property was in a great location close to a metro station, the charming smaller streets of the Marais, as well as a bustling main boulevard. The kitchen was well stocked, the balcony was larger than I was expecting, and there was plenty of storage space to put my things for my longer stay. Communication with the host Jad was easy, and he was very responsive. It got to be pretty hot in the apartment (end of April) but that could be easily remedied by opening the balcony doors and turning on the fan provided.The bed was a pull-out couch, but it was good enough for 1 person!

Location was perfect. Host (Jad) was wonderful and easy to contact. He maintained contact to make sure everything was going well. Apartment was neat, cosy, and amazingly stocked for all needs. It was delightful.

Staying in Paris like a Parisian

It was nice to feel like a Parisian living in a neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries, and shops just down the street in Montorgueil. Great access to various metro lines and for walking.

Great little place near everything

Small apartment but perfect for just two people spending a short stay in Paris. Close to so many restaurants and tourist sites. Great balcony for wine and cheese.

Romantic getaway

The apartment is really pretty. Its so pleasent to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails before going to dinner. The location is wonderful. So close to the metro and walking to everywhere we wanted ro go. I recommend it to any couple looking for a beautifully set up apartment.

Perfect Paris Stay

I was solo traveling and this was the perfect place to land each day. Full kitchen with a clothes washer and the porch is lovely. I felt really safe and the property manager was lovely!

Great Location

The location is great, we walked everywhere, even to the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was great. It faces the morning sun, but is good for afternoon and evening meals.l loved it.

Even in winter

Had a nice stay. Apartment has the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. Communication with the host was outstanding. Neighborhood is typical French not fancy or touristy, but easy walking and métro access to everything.

Good apartment and nice area.

When we checked in, nobody was around and we were unable to contact anyone and it was very bewildering. Nice apartment. We enjoyed the area and it’s accessibility to all of the places we wanted to go.

Hi John Communication was Difficult with you. You don't read the messages we send and you don't answer. I had sent you also at what time do you checkout, and you didn't answer neither, we were unable to know when to get back the keys. You just dropped the keys inside the apartment and you left without any notice and without any communicating. That was annoying. The apartment was dirty also.

Cozy and great location

It was easy to find, located within a block of a street with lots of restaurants and theaters. We slept with windows open so was a bit on the louder side when people were queuing for shows or the theaters let out, but that doesn’t bother me. Would stay again if I were to return to this neighborhood.

The real Paris!

Second, time we have stayed five days at this property. It has everything! A fully stocked kitchen because grocery stores, and a butcher are just a short walk away. We had croissants and coffee on the balcony every morning. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants in this area.also. The Metro is right around the corner. Nadia was wonderful and very responsive.. we used a translator on iphone to communicate.

Lovely flat and good location close to the centre. This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this flat. It has a very homely feel - it feels like it could be your own flat rather than a holiday rental, especially now that more furnishings have been added and there is much more storage space for clothes etc. The bed is a sofa bed, but is very comfortable both as a sofa and a bed. The bathroom and separate kitchen are spacious. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony where there is ample space for 2 people. Communication with Jad was very good before, during and after my stay. Will definitely be coming back again.
