Beautiful view and very spacious house for a large family or group of friends. The kitchens have everything needed for cooking for large groups, and the large decks and pool area give plenty of space to spread out.

Very enjoyable stay

My family, spouse and I enjoyed our stay at VillAllure. The villa accommodated us very well and Coral Bay was a convenient location from which to visit the sights around the island.

The porch with its many seating areas has a beautiful view, comfortable seating and a wonderful place for your group to hang out.

Perfect location in Coral Bay

We had a great stay at Villallure. The house and deck are super spacious so even though we were a bigger group, we did not feel cramped. The layout is ideal if you're traveling with older kids and adults. We loved being so close to Coral Bay.

I actually booked this for friends that had stayed here before. They loved it so much that they wanted to stay here again. I was staying with other friends close by. Everything was perfect for them.

Villalure

Beautiful property with lots of space and unique areas to relax. The location is perfect for hikes on the Johnny Horn trail to Waterlemon & the Brown Bay trail. Loved having a guitar there. Perfect spot on Coral Bay.

The home was spectacular, the wood ceilings and massive wooden doors were beautiful. The views were beautiful. St John needs to get their electric issues fixed! The home was spectacular from the wooden ceilings, to the massive wooden doors. The views were beautiful. Enjoyed the beaches and the "wild Donkeys" and goats!

Wonderful home, great location

We were 11 people 8 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms are staggered on 3 different levels which allowed each couple total quiet and privacy. The main living area and terrace are larger and even nicer than the pictures show. The house is so open and breezy that while AC is installed it’s not really necessary. The views are fantastic and Coral Bay is largely as I remember it. Try Hansen beach, and Salt Pond, good snorkeling at both. Miss Lucy’s serves the best food on the island.

Villa lure

Very nice home with plenty of room for 9 adults. Excellent views of Coral Bay. Home had all of the amenities you need. Cooked and grilled at the home as well as going to restaurants in Coral Bay side and Cruz Bay. Skinny Legs was the favorite hang out for American Food and awesome Key Lime Pie. Home - master bath - hot water in shower was good for 5 minutes or so and started to get cold. Beds are firm. Steps down to home could be difficult for older tenants - steep and around 27 steps! Steps are Good for a morning workout before you head out. Appliances all worked and plenty of plates, cups, glasses and silverware. Excellent home for a week or more stay!!! Thank you.

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this property, and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking.We paid a premium price for what was advertised as a 5-bedroom villa, but the reality was far from what was promised. Two of the “bedrooms” were located in a damp basement and were completely unusable due to severe moisture and mold. There were dehumidifiers and moisture-absorbing products throughout, which made it clear this is an ongoing and known issue.The rest of the property was also in poor condition. Portions of the deck were visibly decaying and felt unsafe for our young children. Several doors and windows were cracked, and we were explicitly told not to open many of them. The refrigerator was broken, with the handle literally duct-taped back on.To make matters worse, during a power outage we were instructed not to use the water system and to flush toilets using pool water.Most concerning was the request for an off-platform damage deposit. Despite feeling uneasy, we contacted VRBO support and were advised to proceed. After leaving the home in excellent condition (with photos), the owners of course took the deposit, citing pre-existing issues (including the already broken refrigerator and unsafe bedroom we never used). These deceptive practices reflected extremely poorly not only on the property but also on the lack of meaningful protections for renters. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

Supat's disappointing review is extremely puzzling, since our guest immediately before and after their stay made no reference to any of these conditions. Additionally, there was no mention of these issues to our on-site manager during their stay and, in fact, they expressed satisfaction upon their departure. VillAllure is a downhill built home with 38 steps from the parking area to the front door and we represent that the villa is not suitable for young children, elderly adults or those with mobility issues. While there are lower bedrooms, there is not a basement at VillAllure. We do run dehumidifiers in the lower levels due to the ambient humidity in the Caribbean air and the fact that they're built into the hill. They were told electric power is frequently lost on island, which was the case upon their arrival, resulting in these conditions being more prominent and water pressure potentially being lost for toilets and showers. There's no evidence of mold on the property and any apparent proof of this was never previously communicated or since represented with any pictures. Regarding safety issues, all decks were inspected and repainted in the month prior to their arrival and are not unsafe. VillAllure is continuously being updated and maintained, not all windows are meant to be opened and none are cracked. The door wasn't cracked and the fridge handle wasn't broken prior to their stay, resulting in their security deposit being held and their falsified review being filed.

Phenomenal

Such a gorgeous place perfect for a large group who wants together time yet also private time. We were basically two families and had 2 separate kitchens/ grills. The bedrooms all have there own bathrooms and are very separate for nice privacy. My sister has a bad knee and we were worried about other reviews with the amount of steps, this was not a problem at all. Every amenity you could want was there. The views of Coral Bay and the stars are spectacular. Do not hesitate!!!!

This is a beautiful villa! Spectacular views! Individual rooms with own entry. Many steps to walk down to grand entry, but lovely stonework and landscaping. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and Relaxing!

We recently stayed here with two other couples for 10 glorious days and nights. It was a perfect spot for all our needs. The home is very large and well maintained. You could have privacy if you wanted but also had plenty of room for everyone to gather together. Every evening we spent our nights on the veranda enjoying dinner and games with other family members. It was close to all the restaurants in Coral Bay. We went to Indigo Grill, Aqua Bistro, Skinny Legs, and Miss Lucy's. The constant breezes were such that we only used the AC in the master bedroom twice during our 10 night stay. As in previous reviews, there are a lot of stairs! 38 stairs down from the driveway entrance to the front doors. We kept that in mind when going up to the car...Don't forget anything!! My personal favorite spot in the whole house was the little table and chairs on the deck right outside the main kitchen. It was so relaxing and peaceful to sit there and let the breezes wash over you and watch the boats in the Coral Bay harbor. The owners have provided plenty of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for your trips out and about. We saw so many turtles at Maho Bay that we lost count. We also went to Salt Pond Beach, Hansen Beach, and Great Lameshur Beach. The coral has taken a tremendous hit from the hurricanes and will take years to come back but we still saw lots of fish, turtles, octopus, squid, skates, spotted ray and baracudas. The beaches are beautiful and inviting as always! Can't wait to come back!

Sea Grape Hill View

Beautiful view from high atop Sea Grape Hill. Road is paved all the way to the drive. Lots of stairs down to the home. Nice covered area pool side with a view of Coral Bay and Tortola. Both kitchens are fully stocked with glass and dishes and utensils. We spent our time in the newer section of the home as that served our group best. Large master bedroom with walk in shower. The vanity is too deep to get up close to the mirror to shave or put any makeup on if you put makeup on. The home was clean. The furniture was comfortable.

Beautiful home with spectacular views!

This home offers 5 bedrooms with the 3 bedrooms on the upper levels being superior to the 2 smaller ones below. The views of Chocolate Hole & Hurricane Hole are spectacular from the gigantic deck off the back of the house. The views & spacious living area are the highlights of this home. There are a few negatives, however. The home is older & could use some TLC. It has 2 kitchens, one in the main house & one in the mother-in-laws apartment. The main kitchen is small & dated, but who cooks on vacation! The beach chairs & towels could definitely use an upgrade especially for older folks who might have trouble getting up. Overall, this is a great house, well worth the cost to stay there!

I would like to address a couple of your comments. The views from the villa is of Hurricane Hole and Coral Bay not Chocolate Hole. The original owner was a gourmet cook so he designed the kitchen for his use. Other then new cabinets the kitchen has all new appliances except for the stove top. I apologize for the beach chairs, I am not sure what keeps happening to them. There are six new high back chairs that were derived right after your stay. As far as the beach towels they have a way of disappearing. Those too have just been replaced after your stay. We are constantly doing upgrades and trying to improve the villa. We just had the whole outside painted and all the mahogany re varnished. Please give us any other input to make your stay and the villa better. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Thanks again, Karen and Mike.

Beautiful Oasis!

Stayed with several other couples for a total of 8 people, did not feel crowded at all. The view was spectacular as was the villa. Loved the deck that extended the length of the house with tables outside for alfresco meals. Smaller decks/tables for a more romantic feel or a nap in the hammock. Will definitely go back!

Beautiful property, would book again

We just got back from a stay at villa allure and are missing it already. There were seven of us, two couples and three adults. The villa gave us plenty of private space as well as huge communal areas to hang out comfortable. There are definitely a lot of stairs, so be prepared for that, but everything else was wonderful. I do feel like it's probably a better rental for adults and older children versus families with young children. House was clean and well stocked with any kitchen item you could need. We had groceries delivered and the property manager worked with the grocery store to get the order to us seamlessly.
