Beautiful morning and evening views. The house is laid out with three separate areas. The living space, the primary bedroom and the secondary bedrooms. House was clean and comfortable.

This house has it all. Would recommend a jeep or other higher sitting vehicle due to the driveway, it goes over a hump and anything less than a jeep type vehicle will drag the underside bad. Otherwise it’s a wonderful house with an amazing view!!!!!

This is a beautiful property with four large, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor showers, a good sized pool (maybe 10x20) and two levels of decks overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped with a Viking stove and two fridges available. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes to cook. Equipped with towels and beach chairs too. Roads are very steep so be prepared! We really enjoyed our week and hope to come back!

Great Stay at Tropical Manor

We had a wonderful stay. The property is amazing with great views and is easy to get to north beaches, Salt Pond, and east beaches such as Hansen or Haulover. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Thank you.

Stunning views with all amenities.

Beautiful space with stunning views of coral bay. Property manager was super helpful and the villa had everything we needed to have a great stay. This was our 9th time on the island and we all agree this was the best view with the best outdoor space that we’ve ever had.

10th Anniversary Trip

This property worked out great for my family and guests. Everyone had their own bedrooms and had separate baths. The kitchen had everything we needed.Although there were power outages while we were there, they didn't really effect us. This is a great house for up to 4 couples.

Tropical Manor was perfect for our family when we visited St John for the first time. We were met by Lisa who greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and answered all of our questions. She had the lights turned on for us and we felt so welcome. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need for cooking. All of the bedrooms were just as nice as the master bedroom and the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. This property has a beautiful view and we enjoyed the time we spent there. The driveway is short, but steep as it is for most places on the island and a jeep or similar vehicle is recommended. Keri at Unique Island Assets was absolutely wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked the property and throughout our entire stay. Jared, the owner, gave us his contact information in case we needed anything. We could not be more pleased with our time at Tropical Manor and our experience with management.

Fantastic getaway!

The property was stunning! It was VERY clean… we had everything we needed and more! We didn’t cook a lot at the house, but had we wanted to, the kitchen was stocked with everything….dish sets, silverware, great pots/pans… and more. We always bring towels… but I actually didn’t need to at this house. They had very nice beach towels in the each room and ice packs/coolers/chairs there for us to use for the beach.We also used the washer and dryer and they had laundry detergent there for us too! It was great!I would go back to this property in a heartbeat!!!

We had an amazing stay here at Tropical Manor. The 8 of us, ages 8-75, were very comfortable. The home is clean, gorgeous. The AC was very appreciated. No power issues. We had an issue with water on one day and the management responded immediately, issue resolved very quickly. There is some construction next door but we didn’t mind it at all, we were out at the beaches during most of their work days. The road in and driveway to the house is steep, but you get used to it driving around STJ. The house has beach chairs, coolers, well stocked kitchen. The concierge responds quickly with any recommendations. We loved this house and stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Vrbo rental in St. John! The home was perfect for our group—two couples, two 17-year-olds, and two 19-year-olds. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax, with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of spots to gather as a group.The pool was a huge highlight! It was the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach, and the teens especially loved having their own space to hang out. Whether we were lounging poolside or enjoying dinner on the patio, the outdoor area made our trip extra special. The view is spectacular. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed, from beach chairs, floaties, and coolers. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to restaurants and the beaches.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, offering great tips and ensuring everything ran smoothly.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This rental is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of St. John in comfort and style.

Amazing property for our multi-generational vacation. The views were spectacular. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the sun, go down. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and were super clean. For those who love A/C, never fear. The A/C worked perfectly in all of the indoor locations. Our kids got a kick out of the very unique shower located off the living room area. They felt like they were showering in a forest. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from crockpot to lemon squeezer. There is a house being built next-door, but we didn’t hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property.
