We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! One thing to note is that one bedroom is downstairs- with completely separate access compared to the other three rooms. One bedroom upstairs seemed to be warmer than the other two. Some wear noted on the mattresses. Definitely needs a deep clean including air filter change and cleaning. Dryer vent needs cleaning badly. Dishwasher has a terrible smell when opened. But overall, everything was great! The property had everything we needed and it was very nice!

Everything at the house was exactly as described. We only wish that it would not have been so cold so we could get in the cowboy pool. The ping-pong table was a hit. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location. Quiet and close to the beach. The house had its quirks. You can tell someone doesn’t live there and it’s a rental property only. Floors are soft in spots, the cookware should be replaced. The sofa is broken.

Great beach house

We had a family vacation and had ages 29-80 with us. The house was great, neighborhood was quiet, close to the beach, good restaurants close by, and comfortable. We would stay again!

Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the cowboy pool. Large outdoor entertaining area . Had a great time and had everything we needed for a fun stay !

More silver ware, barely enough for 5 people. Frying pan needs to be replaced. No coffee, salt or pepper. Need to make it clear one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.

Repeat Stay, Still a Fantastic Place

2nd time we've stayed here, and it didnt disappoint. Love the location, the house, and the host communication. Having upstairs and downstairs options were great for us.

Overall, really enjoyed this property. Great location, really close to the beach. Really enjoyed being away from the hustle/bustle of the Seawall traffic. Really calm, serene location.

Great Stay

The house was great and super close to the beach. Great location and a beautiful home. We loved the Tiki area. We will definitely book with them when. The property manager was prompt!

Cute and Cozy

This little beach house was super cute! It was the perfect size for my group (10 adults) and the location was great! We love Sea Isle! There are so many amenities and Galveston is just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!
