La Lomita was everything and more! This is a lovely house with personal touches that felt more like staying with friends than staying in a rental. The convenient location was ideal for us and the recommendations for food and activities were spot on! The property manager stayed in contact with us and responded immediately to any questions we had. I am already planning my next trip to the area and will most definitely stay here!

Host gave us all the info we needed and allowed us to check in a few hours early. House backed up to desert mountains which were beautiful and still was very easily accessable. Everything in the house worked perfect and was as advertised. Rise and I agree that it was one of the best vacation rentals ever.

Ojo Caliente comfy yet amazing

This hone was everything we expected plus some. It was comfortable, homey and the location was great! We enjoyed it so much...we already scheduled another stay!!

Weekend stay for ojo trip

My wife and I had to reschedule our trip, and Carl was extremely kind and thoughtful. Delightful stay in a beautiful house.

Wonderful stay!!!

We had a fabulous stay!!! The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Watching the sunset from the porch was a favorite evening activity…far enough out of town to feel secluded in this private-gated community but close enough to everything for easy access. Highly recommend this property!

Property is beautiful! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset.

A quiet place to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Loved this place. Quiet and serene. Especially loved the mornings watching the sun rise. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if in this area.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. I can’t say enough about this house. There is art everywhere, impeccable cleanliness, awe-inspiring views…every corner of this place is aesthetically perfect. Cannot recommend La Lomita highly enough.

Beautiful and quiet stay

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, exploring the area and driving up to Abiqui and down to Santa Fe. The house was cozy and hosts were responsive to our messages. Thank you!

Gabrielle, I love your words "perfectly nestled in the New Mexico landscape," because when we imagined it 23 years ago, it took a while to come up with a design and where/how we would place the house. "Nestled" was not the word we used, but the idea sure was in order to make it blend into the natural feel of the environment. Thank you!

Absolutely marvelous place

The house is situated with incredible views from every window including amazing sunsets. Quiet solitude is a given. The house is immaculate and has everything needed. It is a place to respect.
