Bella Mare '| Bahamas Oceanfront Rental with Fresh Water Pool

Goditi questa casa in stile caraibico con veranda e solarium proprio sull'Oceano Atlantico nelle splendide Bahamas. Questa casa unica nel suo genere si trova a nord del villaggio di Plymouth. Dalla porta sul retro sei a soli venti passi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca di due miglia e mezzo. Una barriera corallina sottomarina è appena fuori dalla costa per lo snorkeling, l'aragosta o la pesca. A partire da giugno 2012 abbiamo aggiunto una bellissima piscina d'acqua dolce 15x30 .. l'unico affitto sull'oceano dell'isola a offrire questo servizio! Abbiamo anche aggiunto un generatore di backup da 45 KW che alimenta tutto senza interruzioni quando si spegne la Bahamas.

Questa "casa fatta per intrattenere" ha 5 camere da letto e tre bagni completi al primo piano e 1 camera da letto, bagno completo e un'area comune al piano inferiore. C'è una cucina completa con ripiani in granito e tutto il necessario per cucinare una cena gourmet. La cucina / sala da pranzo aperta offre molto spazio per gruppi numerosi. Proprio fuori dal corridoio c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il soggiorno ha una TV a grande schermo, un lettore DVD, un lettore CD e un impianto stereo con altoparlanti interni ed esterni. La casa dispone anche di Internet wireless. Il piano inferiore è stato allestito come una suite separata con un'area comune e una camera da letto con tre letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Di recente abbiamo aggiunto un bagno completo al piano di sotto per la comodità di tutti.


Una delle migliori caratteristiche della casa è un grande schermo in veranda che si estende per l'intera lunghezza della casa. È un ottimo posto per sedersi, rilassarsi e ammirare le incredibili viste sull'Oceano Atlantico. Prendi il tuo libro preferito e lascia che la brezza dell'oceano ti porti via. I mattinieri possono vedere il sole sorgere sull'acqua mentre si godono il caffè del mattino e per i nottambuli, una vasca idromassaggio privata dove è possibile assorbire tutte le preoccupazioni sotto le stelle incredibili. 2018 abbiamo aggiunto 2 nuove e piacevoli tavole da paddle per far divertire i nostri ospiti.

Great home for large group or family!

Belle Mare provided the perfect spot for our group of 14, including 2 under the age of 5 and 6 teenagers, to enjoy Green Turtle Cay. Centrally located between town and Green Turtle Club, you were never more than a couple minutes from anything you need. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and provided a nice transition from beach/boat to evening every day. The home has everything you need and the owners and Dawn (caretaker) were super responsive and even sent over a new mattress for the pack and play without us asking...very thoughtful. We would definitely stay at Belle Mare again!

This was one of our favorite stays in the bahamas. The view is amazing. Everything is provided to prepare meals and just spend time sitting on the screened porch relaxing! Great place!

Awesome property and location. The house was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, with plenty of room for all. The porch was to die for and well used by our group. The entire trip was perfect from Dawn's help to beautiful weather and great food. Will definitely book again.

Everything was as advertised

Great house for a big group. Kids can hang out downstairs in the lower living room when they needed a break from the sun and beach. Great screened in porch to keep the bugs away and watch the sunrise.

Wonderful Christmas

It was our first time to the island, and the the trip did not disappoint. We were met at the dock and helped with our luggage which was excellent. The property was great, comfy beds and nice rooms, Dawn was just a text away if we needed anything.. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a great experience, and we look forward to our next trip to GTC, and we will definitely stay at Bella Mare in the future.

Friend’s Getaway

Rodney was an excellent host. He responded promptly to my questions. He provided helpful detail information concerning the property and surrounding area. The property was everything that we were looking for and more. A great time was had by all. We look forward to going back in the future.

Loved it.

The property was very much as depicted within the photographs and written description. We were curious to see how much Green Turtle had rebuilt after the hurricane several years ago. This property has totally been reconstructed from the ground up and has very updated finishes, appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Very nice! The resorts within the north end of the island have been rebuilt, and are very nice, the south end at New Providence has a ways to go, but there are some restaurants that are doing well. All, in all an amazing experience we really appreciation the local property manager and owner how checked in with us several times. We would not hesitate to go back.

Great location, perfect layout with everything we needed.

My extended family of 14 (age range 4-71) spent a week at Bella Mare’ for Thanksgiving and we loved it. It was our first trip to the Bahamas and hopefully won’t be our last. The house was the perfect setup for our crew...teenagers all in beds in the basement and rooms and bathrooms upstairs for the adults. Rodney was so easy-going and helpful during the booking process answering my barrage of questions and helping me figure out logistics; Austin, the care-taker greeted and checked on us regularly; and Dawn, the house-keeper stocked the house ahead of time with drinks & groceries and answered questions timely and even invited us to a party next door. We felt so taken care of and welcome. Weather was a bit stormy a few days, but we still were able to do most everything we had hoped to. Green Turtle Cay is beautiful and laid back, which is just the vibe we all needed. We rented 3 go-carts from Seaside Carts and two boats from Sunset Marine & Boat Rental, who stocked our coolers each morning for us. We will definitely be back as our only complaint that can even begin to form is the bugs liked us a little too much. Bring your deet. 5 ⭐️ from us all. Thank you Rodney, Austin & Dawn for helping make our stay as easy and accommodating as possible!

A Week in Paradise

My family and I spent a week on GTC and could not have picked a better place to stay. The home is conveniently located close to "town" and where we rented our boat for the week, which made life easier. When we walked into the door of Belle Marre we were wowed by the view!! We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the home was, too. We have stayed at many rental homes and are usually prepared to bring our own supplies, but this house had everything, from toilet paper to dish and laundry detergent. As a family with 3 tall boys, we appreciated the ample supply of large beach towels. The beds were comfortable and there was nothing better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves crashing outside. Our oldest boy loved having the basement to himself. He called it his apartment. Two families could easily share this home and have plenty of space. We loved sitting on the screened in porch for breakfast and for cocktails at night, as it kept any bugs away. And having the generator was a bonus, as we did lose power for a couple hours one evening. I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things about this home. Thanks for sharing it with us and allowing us to have such a memorable family vacation. We will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing property!

Have been coming to the abacos for over 20 years and this was our favorite house yet. Normally power outages are a huge deal which also means ac issues. With the home generator we never had any power issues and the ac worked great. Dawn and her husband were awesome to deal with helping move luggage from green turtle club marina to the house. We also had a 9 month old and the home owner was awesome in helping provide a pack n play, walker etc. Would love to stay here again!

WOW! We could not have found a better place to stay on the island! For most of our group, it was our third time coming to Green Turtle and this house blew us away! The communication, location, amenities, and view were all exceptional! We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise Found

You know you found the right spot when 12 people walk in the door and everyone says "WOW"!!! I don't think you could ask for a better place in Green Turtle Cay or even the Bahamas. The house was amazing, Rodney & Kari are superb hosts, and Dawn is a blessing! What a perfect combination to enjoy such a great place for vacation. I can't thank them enough!We had such an amazing time on the island and thoroughly enjoyed the house with all of its amenities. You know how to make people feel right at home.We all enjoyed it so much, we are already making plans for next year!!! With much appreciation and looking forward to another adventure next year!!Mike

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Bella mare!!! Dawn was the caretaker who was quick to answer any questions or help with needed items. (She even brought over a mixer so we could make Christmas cookies) The kids loved jumping in the hot tub after swimming in the pool. We rented a boat, and that was a key also. We went out everyday to snorkel and/or beach bath. We had 9 kids and 5 adults and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Plenty of room

We stayed here once before over 10 years ago. We enjoyed it then & were doubly pleased this time with all the improvements. Its in a great location, caretakers & owners were easy to communicate with & the rooms are good sized & comfortable.

Lovely Beach Home

This was our second stay at Bella Mare. We enjoyed it even more the second trip. The pool was perfect for the kids. The hot tub was so great in the evenings. Dawn is amazing to deal with and handles everything for you, making the trip smooth and fabulous. We look forward to our next stay.

Best rental ever!

This is the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. We visit different out island every year. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help by picking us up from the ferry doc, recommending activities etc. the home has everything you can think of including an air fryer, slower cooker, dozens of extra towels and linens, etc. The beds are very comfortable overall an incredible stay!

Beautiful property and perfect location

Loved our stay at Bella Mare! From coffee grinders to margarita makers, they've covered everything from morning to night. You'll want for nothing when you stay here. Communication with the hosts was great, and the on-site managers were an amazing help with everything. Highly recommend!
