Thanks for your review on our condo. Happy to hear you and your family loved the condo. Sorry to hear you had broken elevator issues. When too many guest crowd the elevators this causes the elevators to stop working temporarily. They post weight and limits on elevators but they are not always respected. Hope to see you again on another family vacation.

Thank you Tony for the review! I do wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have accommodated you and brought you some pot holders and kitchen towels. We do have regular pest control scheduled for all of our properties and i will let housekeeping know it is time for the baseboards to be done! Thank you for your review on our condo. Very sorry about the door code during checkout. Our doors are electronic and sometimes do act up. We always suggest our guest keep our customer service line available for any door code issues. Summer is a busy season and this causes congestion especially with the elevators during checkout times. Glad to hear your enjoyed our condo and the beautiful views our condo offers. We hope you come back and visit us on your next summer vacation.

We have had maintenance address the ceiling fan and AC. We will get with the owner on the cracked sink so we can have that replaced as soon as possible. Hi Stefan! Thank you so much for providing your review and feedback on your stay. I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience that your condo was not cleaned to your or our standards. I looked back at our call log, emails, texts, and tasks, but I don't see where you reported it was unclean. Perhaps you called from a different number than is on your reservation. We are always happy to come out and touch up whatever you feel needs attention. As we near the end of the busy season, most condos are ready for a good deep clean and we begin those in the next month. This time of year, it is rare that any of our properties are vacant for even one night. I did see where you were looking for the remote control and the cleaner had said she saw it on the entertainment center. As I can't find your call under the number I have, I can't find out who said they would send someone, but I do apologize for the inconvenience. I do understand the resort can be a bit rowdy during the busy season, but unfortunately, we have no control over the garage, parking, elevators, resort amenities, or the behavior of others. We rely on the resort management to take care of those items and security to enforce the rules they've put in place. As always, I will pass your assessment along to the resort management so they are reminded, once again, that their lack of attention and enforcement is impacting all the guests.
