Hi Kristy! Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you found the condo in less than perfect condition. I didn't see any cleaning complaints in our system, as we are always happy to send someone out to touch up clean if you find it not cleaned to your or our expectations. The sofa bed was broken and we were made aware by the guest after you and it has since been fixed, as well as the ceiling fan. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope next time you stay with us you'll report any issues so we can address them quickly and professionally so you can enjoy your vacation. We do want to clarify that the resort staff, parking garage, and internet service are all managed by the resort itself and are outside of our control. We do have the parking garage clearance in the listing so that all of our guests are aware that the parking is both in a parking garage and the expectation of the parking garage clearance before booking. We do understand that having a large vehicle can be frustrating in the garage and hate to hear that it was difficult to navigate with your truck. We do absolutely want every guest to have a clean and comfortable condo experience, had we been notified during your stay, we would have promptly sent our cleaning team back to address anything that was missed. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can ensure they are corrected for future guests.

Shores of Panama can be very busy during peak season, so I can understand your frustration with the elevators and crowds yelling. The resort has rules against the yelling and monetary fines, however, we have had an issue getting them to enforce those rules. Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is certainly concerning and it will be assessed with the cleaners. Often, dirt is tracked in from the balcony and that is simply unavoidable. We freshly mop each condo before a guest arrival and do a deep acid wash during the off season.
