Ristrutturato moderno appartamento seminterrato a piedi a soli 2 km dal pittoresco villaggio di Ellicottville, NY seduto su 2 ettari. Bei paesaggi e una città divertente per fare shopping, ballare, giocare a golf, fare escursioni o semplicemente rilassarsi vicino al pozzo del fuoco. Apt. comprende 1 camera da letto (letto matrimoniale), soggiorno con divano (1 matrimoniale estraibile), 1 bagno completo, grande cucina completa, lavatrice e asciugatrice, grill a gas Weber. Un sacco di ottimi ristoranti e negozi con un corso avventura corde, campo da golf e sci collina in pochi minuti.

Appartamento appena finito nel 2019 con piani da cucina in corian e piastrelle in ceramica riscaldate. Nuovo tutto - materassi, biancheria, mobili, Roku 4K TV. Ingresso separato Molto pulito e privato. C'è la tv wifi e fionda. Ben arredato Godetevi i 2 ettari di terreno con barbecue Weber e buca per il fuoco. Tutti i comfort di casa, caffettiera, filtro UV acqua, pack n play, seggiolone, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Great retreat! we enjoyed two nights and the awesome basement apartment in Ellicottville, New York. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The outdoor area included a nice view of the mountains and a fire pit with a supply of wood. It would make a great skiing stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. It’s cozy, comfortable and very well decorated. It has a well stocked kitchen. The place was clean, check in was easy, the owners were very helpful when we had a problem with the internet. It’s perfect location for Eville and Holiday Valley. And the outside property is beautiful!! We had a storm while we were there, and someone came to shovel the steps early in the morning. As far as the noise from the upstairs unit, we only heard some footsteps on the floor above, but we did not think the sounds were loud at all, as stated in other reviews. We recommend staying here and hope to stay here again.

We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here.

Memorial Day Getaway!

Perfect place to stay.. just outside of Eillicoteville with lots of green space but close enough to fully explore and enjoythe village and surrounding area. The rental was clean, cozy and comfortable…..perfect in every way for us and our dog. Would highly recommend… Hosts Rob and Lisa were very communicative and quick to answer any questions…Highly recommend staying here

Clean, good location. A little tight for family of 4, but we didn't spend much time indoors anyway. Only complaint is the late night traffic upstairs, since this is a lower level unit.

Clean, updated and excellent location

Our family came to spend the weekend skiing at Holiday Valley. Excellent location, within 10 min or less of town center and the resort. The space is clean and they did a great job updating the space. It rained the weekend we went and although we still skied, we also spent more time in the space than originally anticipated. It is a space you can feel comfortable spending time in. One thing to keep in mind, that I did not appreciate when I booked it, is that it is a basement unit. You can hear the renters above walking around or in our case running and jumping and playing loud music. The rented space above is a larger space so in our case it was two larger groups over the span of our stay. This is the risk you take traveling and of no fault of the owners. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and came across Rob and Lisa’s listing. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need. Check in/check out directions were easy to follow. The scenery is stunning and we used the fire pit both nights. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Others have mentioned that the upstairs tenants were loud. You can hear people walking around but for us it was tolerable. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Place

We had a great stay here! Super close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. The pullout couch was comfy. The kitchen had all the supplies you need! Gorgeous backyard. Overall extremely happy with this place! Would definitely recommend.

When we first came here, we thought this property was gorgeous and we were looking forward to a relaxing, yet short, vacation. We both work hard - I’m an attorney and my partner works in tech, and we wanted an opportunity to get away with our dogs, commune with nature, and truly rest before diving back into our demanding work schedules. We had the property to ourselves, read all of the directions and welcome packet several times, and realised there was a property upstairs, but assumed the owners rented out the basement apartment when they were out of town. When we first came here, we thought this property was gorgeous and we were looking forward to a relaxing, yet short, vacation. We both work hard - I’m an attorney and my partner works in tech, and we wanted an opportunity to get away with our dogs, commune with nature, and truly rest before diving back into our demanding work schedules. We had the property to ourselves, read all of the directions and welcome packet several times, and realised there was a property upstairs, but assumed the owners rented out the basement apartment when they were out of town. Later on, when hearing someone walking around upstairs, we learned that there was another occupant - this not clear from the listing, despite the listing saying you could enjoy 2.5 acres of land. We enjoyed our stay until then, but if we visit Ellicottville again, we'll likely stay elsewhere that is not a shared location.
