A Sweet Staycation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with our family of four. The beach was stunning, and the condo was in pristine condition. The only suggestion we have would be to expand the pool area and possibly add a hot tub — but honestly, that's the only thing we could even think to improve. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ocean front condo

On site rental staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the property and Sanibel as a whole. It’s such a money saver to have a kitchen to use. The grounds and pool were maintained beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Generally an excellent condo with great view and clean, updated interior. Bed was comfortable. Only feather pillows, though. All rental properties should transition to synthetic pillow stuffing due to the high number of allergy sufferers. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer was new. There needs to be instruction manuals for them in the unit, though. Fans were a nice touch in the rooms.

We loved the condo and location

Condo is very clean and has everything you need. Condo location is close to everything we needed - grocery, stores and restaurants. The beach is close, very clean and quiet. We would definitely return.

Great location, nice unit!

Nice 4th floor unit in a great location just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The complex has lots of amenities, and the check in process was a breeze. The unit itself is compact, but has two bathrooms, a decently stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated! There is also covered parking, so your car doesn’t sit in the hot Florida sun. We had a great time, and would definitely book again!

Great family getaway

The check-in process was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The condo was clean and supplied most of what we needed. No beach umbrella, but everything else. Dishes, pots, pans, utensils, you name it. Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing! Moat definitely enjoyed our stay here.

I loved everything about this condo and will be back. It was so nice of the owners to provide things like beach chairs and umbrellas and more. Great view, comfortable furnishings and everything you need. Worth every penny and the island is amazing.

Summer Vacay Stay

Great floor plan, clean, top floor, corner condo, ocean view. Direct beach access. Easy check in/out. Tennis court/pickle ball and shuffle board close by. Covered parking a plus. Pillows a little hard, only had some hand soap, make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and if using dishwasher and washer/dryer may need a little extra soap. All in all a great stay and would recommend.
