Perfect vacation!

This is such a wonderful property, Lupita is an amazing cook and such a lovely person, our concierge Emmanuel was incredibly helpful. This was an amazing vacation experience and we hope to come again soon!

Lupita was amazing. The food she made was excellent and she was so helpful. Emmanuel and the concierge team were awesome in helping us get what we needed set up for our baby prior to arrival. The condo is in such a great location and the amenities of HDM are endless. We will definitely be back.

The condo and location were perfect. The place is even nicer than the pictures. The cook was amazing and the concierge very well organized. We will definitely go back!

Family Trip

Great location right between the Four Seasons and the St Regis Resorts. Very comfortable home for our adult family trip. Every morning and evening we watched the surfers from our balcony.

Great time

We had a great time staying at Hacienta de Mita. This was our third time in that community and this specific unit was our favorite. We loved the sunrises and seeing surfers on the beach each day. Close walk to town was also a huge plus for younger kiddos.

Amazing stay!

6 of us stayed here and had the most amazing time! The golf carts and use of all the different beach clubs were amazing. The place is beautiful, especially the outdoor patio where all of us will greatly miss having coffee every morning! Will def be back!

Incredible place! We had an amazing stay and I would have given 5 stars, but the air conditioning was not working for a couple days which is why I removed a star. Other than that, everything was incredible!! Lupita is top of the line and made it truly feel like a vacation for me (mom) as I am usually the one cooking and cleaning. She was beyond amazing!!

Great place. Perfect for family. We had an amazing time with our children. Lupita is wonderful!

Nice place. Perfect for families! Great location We loved! Only thing missing was a grill and an umbrella for the patio in the morning. Otherwise it was perfect.

We have stayed in this unit numerous times and always have a wonderful experience with our adult children and grandsons. Lupida is an absolute gem. Her cooking and maintenance of the unit are superb. We had an issue with one of the golf carts this week but when we contacted the concierge it was swapped for a rental within a day so no disruption in our ability to get around which we really appreciated. Building 2 at HDM has fabulous ocean views and easy access to the restaurants in town. We highly recommend this unit.

What's not to love

Great place with amazing views. I love the closeness to the town (5 min walk), and a bunk room for kids. Highly recommend for immediate and extended family.

Excellent week in Punta Mita

My family has stayed in this property multiple times. We love the location with easy access to dining in town and beautiful ocean views. We always make use of the beach club access and golf when we’re there. Lupita makes wonderful breakfasts and keeps the unit spotless. We’ve already planned our return for next year.

We had the most incredible stay at hacienda da mita. The unit was beachfront with amazing views. You can walk to town easily and don’t even need the golf cart. This unit comes with 2 carts which was amazing as our kids had so much flexibility. Lupita was incredible and made the best French toast and omelets. We want to book again for next year.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second consecutive year at the property and it was again wonderful. The gorgeous ocean views, great location with proximity to town, access to the fabulous beach clubs and Lupita’s food and immaculate cleaning. The owner did some needed refurbishment to the property since our last stay which was great to see. Punta Mita is a piece of heaven for us and this property has contributed to the experience for us.

Vacation Perfection

Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Amazing cook (Lupita makes the best bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp)!!! Weather was perfect - not too hot or humid! We will be back next year!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

Wonderful stay again!

Wonderful 1 week stay with family. Our family has been staying in this condo for a few years. We enjoyed Lupita’s cooking and beautiful friendly personality. The golf carts are a great amenity to visit the beach clubs. Loved the new kitchen remodel. We hope to be back!

Great Punta Mita stay

A wonderful ocean front location. My family used it as home base to explore all the included beach clubs, Kupuri, Pacifico, Sufi and El Surf. Such a convenient location with a quick walk to waterfront restaurants in town. Lupita, our cook, deserves all the praise she receives in reviews. Having her cook breakfast each morning was a luxury. Can’t wait to return.
