We loved our stay. The plunge pool out front was a total hit for the kids and we enjoyed all the beach clubs. The food prepared each morning was fantastic!

Great location, great unit downstairs - pools are larger & you don't have to worry about kids splashing and playing in pool which is a problem in the upstairs units. The views are beautiful and super close to the St. Regis.

Great vacation. Some of the fictures in the bathrooms were a little broken and the water iin the showers was not always warm but typical for punta mita. Thank you!

Property was great. Golf cart could be upgraded. Property manager was just OK. Issues with hot water in master were not resolved during our stay. Still highly recommend.

Everything about this condo is amazing! The hosts, concierge, and housekeeping are all so accommodating and made our stay so much easier. The condo has a beautiful view and is very clean. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Beautiful slice of paradise

We always love our stay in Punta Mita. This unit is clean, beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the plunge pool, golf cart, beach clubs, golf, dinners and of course our delicious breakfasts made by Ja Ja. We hate to leave.

Amazing spot incredible service

We loved loved our stay. The tram both concierge and jaja were so easy to work with and communicated so well. We felt safe and the views are incredible. Pictures do not do this home or place justice. We will be back.

Perfect stay

This is our third time coming to Punta Mita over Christmas. Honestly, the view was even better than the pictures. Beautiful place, housekeeper was great. She made amazing breakfast in the morning. Concierge was very responsive and the gym was well equipped and not crowded. All in all they win. Highly recommend

Very Peaceful Stay

My husband and I along with 4 of our friends had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa was spacious (inside and out), open and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The golf cart was nice to have as everything is about 10 minute ride away. We enjoyed all the beach clubs especially Kupuri. Delicious breakfast served couple of mornings was an added bonus. The location of the villa was also wonderful with beautiful views of the lush grounds and ocean. It was a much needed serene stay.

Beautiful and relaxing

Our stay was fantastic! The layout of the property was perfect for our family. From the comfortable beds (and we are picky when it comes to beds and pillows), to the plunge pool, we enjoyed every part of this home. The golf cart was all we needed to get around for our week stay. My teenage daughters loved the Surf Club, so we went there almost daily. We look forward to staying here again in the future and would not hesitate to book again.

Punta de Marvelous!

We had a wonderful week staying at this gorgeous Las Marietas condo! Just as the photos show - it was very spacious and comfortable for two adults and five teenagers. Using the golf cart to get to the various beach clubs and into town for dinner was easy and fun. The concierge and staff were wonderful to work with and provided guidance on things to do and where to eat. Gorgeous sunsets, quiet setting and great location behind the gates. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay

This condo was perfect for us. The location is fantastic, being centrally located within the gated community. We received cards when we arrived that provided easy access to the Sufi, Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs. The provided golf cart was large and comfortable. The unit itself was impeccably clean, the AC units worked great and there was excellent WiFi. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the views of the beach. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location

We’ve stayed in the Punta Mita area several times in the last 10 years, both as a couple and with our children, and my wife and I both agreed this was our favorite rental yet. Very modern and well designed condo with a view of the sunset over the ocean…what more can you ask for in a vacation? The layout was perfect for my family and we made use of the heated infinity pool at the start and end of each day. Our concierge, Adriana, was prompt about answering any questions and our housekeeper/breakfast chef made meals that both my daughters loved. The use of the golf cart included with the rental was a great perk and made getting to and from each of the beach clubs a breeze. Highly recommended and we are already looking forward to a return visit soon!

Gorgeous and muy tranquilo

What a beautiful condo! Pristine, comfortable, chic….pretty perfect! We did Mother’s Day trip with girlfriends and couldn’t have asked for more. Loved having the golf cart to zip around. Enjoyed the different beach clubs (all individual vibes). Kupuri was our fave. Our chef/housekeeper Yaya was the best- one of the highlights we didn’t expect. She was fantastic!! Concierge service was ok- communication could have been better.

Great new condo

One the third day we found the Sufi Ocran Club, which was a <10 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride. Small club but good pool setup and simple restaurant and bar. No ocean/beach. The other clubs were a longer drive (Pacifico - 11 minutes, Kapuri - 15 minutes) and larger clubs - but much more crowded. After we found Sufi - we never went anywhere else. We have little kids so the lack of an ocean wasn’t a problem - always stuck to pool.

Gorgeous home and amazing amenities

Our family of six loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Punta Mita. The photos do not do this property justice- it is even lovelier than it looks. It is very spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were wonderful. The outdoor shower in the primary suite is amazing. The pool area/outdoor space so beautiful. And the amazing breakfasts by Yaya were such a treat- you feel very spoiled to eat breakfast outside looking at the beautiful views! We only wish there was more time to spend in this condo as we were so busy exploring the many cool beach clubs, the pickleball courts and the village of Punta Mita. There were so many places to explore- the location is amazing, golf cart access so fun and we loved all the variety of different places to check out. We loved it and were blown away. We will definitely be back!
