This house was beautiful and well designed. There was plenty of room for 13 of us and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs.The elevator was essential for the handicapped and elderly in our group.I highly recommend this house!

Overall, the place was in good shape. A few cleaning issues but that can be expected. Need to schedule more pest controls to come out. Host was very responsive. Location is amazing. Pool and Hot Tub was great. Would suggest a dead bolt lock on the front door. Little ones can easily open up the door and get out. Views were all great.

Welcoming, plenty of room, kitchen stocked well, beach fantastic, in pool and “hot tubbed” daily! Very nice accommodations…

Great location! Beautiful views! House was just about perfect…a few minor issues but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. A great vacation for all 15 of us.

Beautiful oceanfront location in Buick Island! So convenient to a plaza that met all our shopping requirements and needs. The house is nicely decorated and had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group of 14

Most beautiful home we have ever rented. Great secure location, beautiful views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Well appointed and comfortable. Elevator was a pleasure. Cleanliness next to none. Had fun playing pool and simply relaxing. Definitely a gem of a home.

Great week at the Beach!

Gorgeous views of the ocean from all of the rooms! Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and have fun! Private pool and hot tub were a hit as well! Great location walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, groceries and more. Beautiful home! 😀

Fabulous Family Vacation!!

The family all agrees the property is fabulous! It is exactly as pictured, a lovely community & has great beach access! We would definitely highly recommend this house for your large group & are considering a return stay in the future! Note: if you are paying to heat the pool it only gets about 10 degrees warmer than the air and if the heat was not on before your arrival day it takes a few days to get to temp.

Fantastic House

This house had everything. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Food Lion, shopping and ice cream shops were all within walking distance. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas set up each day for us! Pool was nice for kids after being on the beach. Outside showers were very clean. We had a great time!

Family Trip

The 11 of us (including a 10 year old and a 13 year old) enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and well maintained. You can’t beat the view. Our only complaint was the weather but fortunately the house provided plenty of space and indoor entertainment options. I would definitely recommend the house to others. Also, the property manager was super responsive and pleasant. Great experience.

Oven in need of repair. Clyde came by to inform me that it had just been repaired but it still was not working.

Great house, great location

House was great and in a great location but furniture definitely needs some updating, some pieces were pretty worn. Dryer does not dry clothes with running for three cycles. Other than that it was clean and in good condition.

Great news - new furniture has been ordered for 2024! Next year we will have new bar stools / table for the rec. room and the Great Room will have new couches and chairs. We are very excited for the updates and will update our pictures as soon as the new furniture arrives.
