We thought the communication from the management company was top notch. The house was lovely with great access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs (inside the house to the beach) -- but it was truly a wonderful experience.

Excellent

The house was great and matched exactly how it was advertised. One item worth noting was not associated directly with the house but with the neighborhood. Many of the boards along the wooden walkway leading to the stairs to the beach were loose and several were broken. The neighborhood HOA should repair that immediately and continuously as needed.

Good property, good space inside the house and short walk to the beach. The beach was crowded (July) so if you are like our group that prefers space it wasn’t ideal. The only downside to the house is the mattresses. They are all light and non supportive. The house had everything we needed and the pool and hottub were a great option. Access to the community amenities was also a plus. The pool and pickelball were clean and fun.

Pool area was unusable as it was too hot with no shade area. We brought an umbrella but the table did not have a hole to accommodate it. The area was beautiful but really should have an area with shade. The kitchen fry pans were very worn and were unusable. We had to purchase our own. The house was nicely decorated and the elevator was a dream! But would highly recommend the upper bedroom be fitted for handicapped access as it would not accommodate a rolling chair. Was disappointed with the location as the description suggests it was closer to the beach. The picture of the board walk to the beach was very misleading as there are numerous stairs to the beach. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very accommodating. Our first night the smoke detectors went off at 1am, would suggest a periodic inspection so other guests won’t experience that nightmare.

Family vacation

The house was a great size and layout for multiple families. The location close to the beach was perfect and the neighborhood kid friendly. Loved biking to some local restaurants and businesses, flying kites in the morning, watching whales from the shore, relaxing on the patio and walking the beach! Wonderful trip!

Wonderful week away!

The property was perfect for our family get together! We loved the attention to details; switches labeled, hangers in closets, laundry baskets in each room, cabinets and drawers labeled!!! Thank you for providing such a beautiful vacation home!!!

Fabulous place for Spring Break

The pool was heated perfectly, the hot tub was wonderful, the elevator was very helpful! We had 8 people very comfortable! The only complete had was the beds were on the firmer side.

Awesome beach house close to beach

Beautiful beach house with ocean views . We loved house close the beach access was. Also, enjoyed the pool table and hot tub every night. The layout and elevator were definitely a plus. Thank you for being pet friendly too. We would definitely stay here again.

Love 70 Steps

Beautiful home, perfect set up for our family ranging from grandparents to young families with toddlers to young adults. Kitchen is super well stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, glassware, dishes. We cooked all week and loved it. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect family getaway

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Having a child under 2 I was nervous about traveling but this house made it easy! Stocked with all our necessities including a gate to block stairways, the owners made it easy for us to relax. Awesome short walk to the beach made for easy and frequent visits. Perfect location in regards to restaurants and grocery stores. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Spring break stay

Enjoyed our time at the house very much . Would suggest any seniors staying please be careful in the showers. Suggest bringing a mat . Would return again !!!

Ideal Location

This house had the perfect layout for our family of 9 and an ideal location. Literally steps to the beach and it was great to ride our bikes to town so we didn’t have to worry about parking. The property was very clean upon arrival and both check in and check out was a breeze. We look forward to renting this property again in the future.

Excellent

The house is well furnished and exceptionally clean. The ocean view from the upper deck is great given the house is a few lots back from the dunes. We enjoyed the backyard, swimming pool. and the pool table in the rec room. And, the elevator is a definite plus.

Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this place and plan to go back. Elevator was such a plus for our Mother and also for groceries. In case people are curious, there are are handful of beach chairs at the house (I think 6 or 7).
