We had a great stay at Holiday Springs! The house and property are beautiful. We enjoyed the many amenities that the house provides (pool, hot tub, fire pit, games, beautiful view from the deck, etc). The hosts were extremely responsive to the questions that we had while there. Communication with the hosts before and during our trip was A. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and would love to return! The views were absolutely beautiful and made the trip feel like a true mountain getaway. The cabin was well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which made it so convenient for our family.The grandkids especially loved the pool and had a great time! The cabin was comfortable, inviting, and a great place to relax after enjoying everything Gatlinburg has to offer.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to families looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the Smoky Mountains!

Everything was fantastic from booking through checkout. The communication went above and beyond. Unfortunately, it rained every day of our stay but Holiday Springs saved the day. There was so much to do at the cabin we weathered the storms with family time and made the most of it. Pool, hot tub, game room and home theater were all great. The place was perfect. It was even accommodating for our dog. Recommend highly.

Beautiful cabin, clean, plenty of parking and beautiful views. Pictures make it appear larger than it is but was plenty of space for all 11 of us for most part. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and of course the game room! Would definitely recommend!

Communication was excellent. The amenities were great. The media room was wonderful after a long day exploring the area. The pool allowed my grandson to get rid of some energy. My daughter and I enjoyed the screened in hot tub. The pool table was a big hit. It was nice having 4 clean bathrooms and so many rooms to be able to find quiet time. The living room area upstairs was a favorite place to gather, as will as the firepit with s'mores. We ended up cooking many meals because we enjoyed just being at the cabin. You know you are in the mountains after driving up the road. The views were worth the journey.

Was a great property for our very large family. Easy to get to, close to things to do, clean and the kids loved the pool. 100% recommend. Great communication with the owner. You won’t regret staying here!

Holiday Springs cabin was perfect for us! The pool, the pool table, fusbal, the kitchen table, living room, they all had so many laughs and memories made by/in them. Kathryn was a fantastic host, responding very quickly to texts and very engaged in our stay. Cabin looked and smelled clean from the time we opened the door until we left. They pretty much had everything supplied there...towels, soaps, bedding, extra blankets, kitchen stuff (you bring the food!). It was cool to see all the ornaments on the tree and to add our own! Great views off the decks, yes decks! Quiet and nestled up on top of a mountain, but still close enough to town. Hopefully we can rent this cabin again onw day soon! Happy 250th Birthday America!

Fantastic Fall Vacation

10 of us adults checked in for a 5 night stay. We enjoyed the property very much. We had a great view and it was a quiet location. The cabin was roomy and very comfortable. The owners were great to communicate with the entire trip.

Best cabin I have ever rented!

This was the perfect cabin for a relaxing birthday weekend! Every detail - from the holiday themed decorations to the projector over the pool, made this a very memorable trip. The worst part was having to leave!
