We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The location was perfect and the communication with the host was great. It was a cozy place and had everything we needed for six days. Best part was the outdoor patio and pool area!

The home was pretty and clean. Short walk to the beach access points and easy walk or commute to many attractions. The only complaint that during our stay we were locked out for an hour from our room due to a “human error” checking out a day early and the cleaning service came by the next day and wanted to start cleaning at 1000 rather than 1100. Overall, it was a great stay and problem was easily resolved.

My family rented 4 condos. Any minor problems that were reported were taken care of right away. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the pool area. Beach is within short walking distance.

This rental was as pictured and the decor was tastefully done with a comforting beach motifs. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pool area was a highlight. The surrounding was also welcoming to our dogs. The walk to the beach access was simple to make and place was close to businesses but not enough to be bothered by noise. I would recommend this rental to others

Relaxing & Comfortable Staycation

Perfect place to kick off summer
Our large group loved our stay at Athena Area condos for the third time! The clean pool, close beach access and nice rooms make it the perfect place to kick off summer!

Beach Wedding Vacation
Condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Pool and all amenities was great. We had the whole pool to ourselves since all the condos we're not rented.

Wonderful property, great location to the beach and activities, Amber took care of all of our needs and the managers answered promptly. We would def stay here again...

Thanksgiving family vacation
We had a great time at this location. It was exactly as listed. Our family enjoyed the location, amenities and living area. It met our needs and more.

Easy walk to the beach
The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The property is a two minute walk from the room to the water. Lots of amenities with in minutes for location.

Great location
Enjoyable and clean home. Great location for food, entertainment and the beach. Host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. The kids had a good time at the pool. The overall experience was great, we had a good time.

Family Holiday
We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly beach vacation with family
Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, outdoor pool table, full outdoor kitchen with tv so we could watch our Chiefs win! Excellent!
