We had a great stay at this property on Kauai! The unit was spacious with 3br and 3ba, which was great for our group of five. The kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals. The amenities were great, with the (adult) kids using the pool and fitness center every day the weather was great. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping, and beaches to relax on. The central air was also very nice. Thank you!

Great location, community and condo. Everything is immaculate including the grounds and pool. Perfect place to stay near Poipu beach.

Perfect Location

Such a great location for all the activities on the south side of the island. The property is lovely! So close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed using VRBO. They have high end furniture and is super clean and well kept. The location is fantastic. I could see myself living in this unit.

We had a very good experience. We enjoyed having our own washer and dryer. The apartment was very clean. The host responded quickly and sent someone out to fix a set of blinds that fell. This property is in walking distance of the beach, shopping and more which was lovely.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very spacious for the eight of us. You get one designated parking space with lots of visitor parking. Central location to beaches and shopping. Communication with property management was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Roomy condo for our family of 6. Close to Poipu Shopping Village (10 min walk) and beaches (25 min walk). Very clean, new.

Was a nice place we only stayed to sleep

Everything was fine but a hassle to join verbo and pay a250+ fee and have to join renter too. Too much fee for the time I spent. Trying to get place

location was perfect! A lot of room for a family of 8. But, the kitchen didn't have enough silverware, and since its not privately owned you must buy all of your condiments ect when staying. in privately owned condos Ive found condiments in the frig, parm cheese ect! Ya, cant take butter on a plane to the next island LOL

Overall a nice stay.

There are many positives about the property and we generally enjoyed our stay. Location, property grounds, pool, public grills were all pluses. There were just a few things which kept the experience from being perfect. Upon arrival, door code didn’t work. Had to call management to reset a new code. Not a big deal. On one occasion, our reserved parking spot was taken by the maintenance truck. Couldn’t find anyone to move it and got answering machine when tried to call office. We ended up driving around for 15 min looking for a place to park. But probably most important, found a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for 3 couples…it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was excellent! We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee every morning. The condo was conveniently located…did a lot of site seeing!

Stayed here for 6 days. Property and location were great. Very kid friendly. Everything was clean and in great condition. Overall amazing stress free experience. Would stay here again and recommend for anyone.

Just OK

We were already in Kauai and staying at Pili Mia. We decided to extend. unfortunately, our existing space was not available, so we rebooked to 14A. The space (14A) was adequate, although more expensive and less space and amenities as our previous place. The main issue is the requirement to download yet another app to check in. The App is gimmicky and shows hundreds of messages etc. Overall, a minor inconvenience but annoying. Pila Mia is a nice place if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the beaches.
