Piper casolare si trova a soli quattro case e 100 passi dalla spiaggia, nel cuore di Dewey!

Leggero e luminoso con decorazioni costiera. Pavimenti in parquet, moquette, nuova cucina e bagno. Grande terrazza privata con mobili da giardino bello e barbecue.

Due camere da letto, un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Fuori strada parcheggio per un auto nel vialetto condiviso. Questo cottage è situato su un terreno con altre due case ed è nascosto dalla strada in un piccolo giardino privato.

Si può raggiungere a piedi tutto in città ... ristoranti, bar alla fine della strada, bar, parco cittadino, shopping, divertimento, o prendere l'aria aperta locale 'Jolly Trolly' alla fine della tua strada su un giro di tre minuti Rehoboth Boardwalk.

AFFITTI SETTIMANALI SOLO Giugno-1 set. Durante i mesi estivi ci sono noleggi weekend. Per gli affitti fine settimana in bassa stagione, contattaci.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, clean cottage. Dog friendly, steps from the beach, and happy times spent on the front deck. The home features a brand-new kitchen, and the nearby restaurants are great. We look forward to returning to this perfect location again.

Great Vacation in the Piper Cottage. It was super clean, close to the beach and in a great, friendly neighborhood. Dave was a great host and communicated with before, during and after our stay. Shared parking was not an issue the families staying at the other cottages were easy going and very friendly. Overall a great cottage and location.

You can’t beat the location! Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything. A great week at this quaint cottage! Dave was very communicative and thorough. The cottage is well-equipped, too.

Great stay!

Had a great time at this cottage for our quick beach trip. Beach is literally steps away and lots food options nearby. We were able to cook our breakfasts and lunch in the kitchen with ample pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware.

July 4th family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation including our girlies. The house was cute and in an awesome location. The owner was so nice and reached out during the week to ensure we were enjoying ourselves!

Great Location

If you are looking for a simple convenient traditional Dewey Beach cottage, this is the place for you. The cottage had just the right amount of space, and all the basics. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Cozy by the Sea

Piper Cottage is great! It is in a perfect location so close to the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach, and it was very easy to walk back to the house for lunch or a break. It's very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway

Cottage feels like home

This is the second time my family has stayed at this dear cottage. We just love it here. It is such a cute place, well-kept, and has a great location - steps from the beach and restaurants downtown.

Long weekend getaway

This is the second time that we (and our golden retriever) have stayed here. The cottage is close to the beach, well stocked and well maintained. Dave is nice to work with and easy to reach if needed. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great little cottage! Description was spot on and location was was great. The only add part- which wasn’t a problem for us was the shared driveway.. you never know who you get in the 2 other properties that share the space- they were a little less flexible. 10/10 would rent again.

Quick trip to beach

The owner Dave was very communicative, checking in with us to see if things were okay. The house is steps from the beach which is exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean and plenty of items in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time.

I had a very nice stay for Memorial Day with my family and our dog. This was the perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach. We were able to let our dog run on the beach every morning and every evening. The parking is tandem style, so you need to coordinate with the person in the unit next-door, but it worked out fine since we both stayed put most of the time. If easy access to the beach and restaurants are your main priority, and living room and kitchen size are not too important, this is the place to stay.

Paradise by the sea

Dave was an amazing host. He checked in with me when I first arrived and midway through the week just to make sure I had everything I needed. His home is so charming and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped and convenient to everything Dewey has to offer. BTW, you can take your dog onto the beach before 930am and after 530pm during season. George & I definitely will be returning next year

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Dave was very pleasant to work with. We ended up not bringing our dog with us and Dave immediately said he would refund the pet deposit.

Very Small, Close to Beach

My husband and I took our dogs for a few days to Dewey Beach. We stayed 2 nights. The cottage is okay but very small, the pictures on the website make it look much more charming than it actually is. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable, so you could not just sit and relax and watch TV. The best part was it was a very short work to the beach and they allow dogs. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive to email and phone calls. I would recommend this place if you need a place to stay for a few days with your dog and there are only two adults.

Sue, I'm very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied. We've received lots of compliments about our little beach cottage, and while it isn't particularly large, we've never had anyone who wasn't pleased. Thanks for the good review on communication. We're just 100 steps from the beach access so it's easy to come back throughout the day for a snack, nap or whatever. Piper cottage has some privacy since it sits back from the street a bit, but is still very close to all the fun in Dewey.
