One spacious bedroom with two comfortable beds, plus a futon in the living area—perfect for extra guests or a cozy night in.
Inside the boathouse, you’ll find everything for fun and comfort:

9-foot shuffleboard table and giant Jenga
Home theatre setup
Turntable with a collection of classic rock vinyl
Bar area with fridge

We’re located on the cleanest lake in the area, with crystal-clear, swimmable water just steps from our door. Facing west, we’re treated to breathtaking sunsets every evening. A short walk takes you into our charming “Norman Rockwell” town, where you’ll find welcoming eateries, lively bars, an active town square, and unique local shops.

Bartel’s Landing is a detached building on our property with a rich history. Originally a family-owned business, it served Bartel’s Beach visitors for over 40 years—offering snacks, bait, and boat rentals. We are proud to be only the second owners and have lovingly preserved this unique piece of local history.
