Cucina completamente attrezzata per cucinare quei grandi pasti durante le vacanze, mentre i bambini di tutte le età hanno ore di intrattenimento nella sala da gioco giocando a biliardo o nella partita a 60 giochi con classici come Pacman, Donkey Kong e Galaga. Una sala teatro adiacente con audio surround completo è perfetta per goderti il tuo film preferito. Dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa a fare escursioni o passeggiare nella strip nel centro di Gatlinburg, ci si può rilassare nella vasca idromassaggio.

Great time in the smoky mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family goes to TN on a yearly basis. We have enjoyed staying in both the bear tracts cabins with swim spas. It’s our kids favorite thing about the cabin!. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a great time. Will stay again!

Very pretty

It was a beautiful chalet. I thought with the pictures it was secluded backyard with swim spa. It was not. Also we couldn't use the swim spa outdoors when it is cold. It was only 95. At least that is what it said. It was freezing.

Great Cabin

Great cabin near gatlinburg. We enjoyed the many amenities (several hot tubs, pool table, arcade games). Check in and check out process was easy.

Beautiful cabin. Wonderful hot tub & lap pool

Outside lights on back deck & steps not working. Had to call mgr. they responded quickly & talked us through getting breaker on. Master bed ( main level) is desperate need of replacement. Huge indentation wear spot we had to put folded up blanket in to make somewhat level. Otherwise beautiful roomy cabin that the while family enjoyed (5 children 5 adults) hot tub & pool were great -warm perfect temperature. Fire pit was great on chilly mornings. we would stay here again.

Awesome spot

We had a great time! The property was as advertised and fantastic with a large family!!! Great location if you plan to hang out in gatlinberg or get around to do hikes /trails!

Enjoyed the Bears every day, watching them open car doors. Everything we needed was there

Fantastic property. Great for large family yet privacy with each bedroom having their own bath pots pans dishes, silverware were plentiful. Enjoyed the gas grill also the hot tub. We highly recommend this place.

Great location

Very nice house! Well laid out for a big family. The only thing the house needs is some updated kitchen utensils and pots and pans.

Amazing wilderness experience!!!

Wonderful property. We were there with 4 couples and had an amazing time in this well maintained luxury cabin. We enjoyed the gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tubs and our near sightings.

Family gathering in the Smokies

This was a first time visit to Gatlinburg for many of us. It will not be the last! The cabin was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the outdoor amenities were exceptional! We will definitely rent with Bear Tracts again!

Awesome Place

This condo was perfect for our Family Christmas Getaway! The instructions were clear and down to the point. Everything was inside the condo that we needed from cooking to hanging out. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing location with great features for everyone!

Our large family had an amazing stay. The cabin offers everything from views to a movie theater. The pool/hot tub combo was a big hit. Close to town but just far enough away to get the cabin life feeling. Would highly recommend it to any family that requires a bathroom for every room as ours did. Every family had personal space throughout the entire cabin. 10 out of 10 would recommend to larger groups.

Family time

This property had plenty of room for all of us...layout was nice with one king sized bed on main level...great for nanny and pawpaw...first floorwas comfortable...upstairs way too hot and lower level frigid and we couldn't enjoy the pool table or games or theatre room.. .shower water too cool and hot tub on porch area did not work...hot water no jets. Nice piece of land and children enjoyed playing outside in the back yard...creek nice addition and fire pit relaxing...and the neighborhood bears that visited daily were neat to watch.

Can’t wait to go back!

We were a family of 26 gathering from all over the US to celebrate my dad’s 90th. We rented Happy Together and Overlook and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Although there were plenty of things to do in the area, we all just stayed at the cabins. They were impeccably clean and comfortable and fit us all perfectly. I took all the kudos for finding BearTracts and I’m grateful I did!

Great Place

The property was beautiful. Plenty of room, video games for kids and adults. Two hot tubs and a swim spa. Gas fire pit made the nights so relaxing. Big table for the whole family to eat and play games. Very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We even got to enjoy the company of a bear who decided to take a stroll through the neighborhood. I would highly recommend for a large family getaway. We will be back.

Spring Break 23

This cabin held 9 of us very easily. 6 adults and 3 kids from 8-16. The location is 3 miles from DT Gatlinburg and about 15-18 minutes to PF. The only drawback for me is it's more of a cluster of cabins not all by itself. In the cluster this is by far the nicest. The back yard is 100%

October 2019 Stay

Every year we gather with family in TN that we may not get to see often for family fellowship. Thank you so much for extending your amazing cabin to facilitate our adventures. It had all the amenities and perfectly located outside the traffic rush between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The host went above and beyond to assure our stay was comfortable and worry free. We will be back. Oh, there were bear sightings in the area for added enjoyment.

September 2022 Stay

We have been to Gatlinburg many times, and this cabin is our favorite. Vwry nice, especially loved the backyard swim spa abd waterfall, our own private oasis in the Smokies. We had several bear sightings, see pic. Mama bear and cub were all around the cabin at least 2 days. we got amazing pics severall times. We have never seen bears so often and so close in TN. Very cool! If you wanna see bears, and have am amazing stay, we highly recommend this cabin!

Great place for a big family trip

We had 12 people between 1 and 64 in the house. It is very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The outdoor area has two jacuzzies and one is attached to an infinity pool. We saw bears from a safe distance multiple times in the neighborhood. There was a nice gas grill also. The description says that soap and shampoo etc were not provided but they were in the house. We had a great time and plan to come back in the future.

Excellent location and super fun stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property!! Surprisingly close to town (within 5 minutes) but feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. We used the outdoor space every single day and were thankful for the pool, firepit, and little stream. We saw so many bears. Several came and got a drink out of the little stream in the yard. They left us alone but we made sure to keep a healthy distance. The kids loved the theatre room and asked if we could spend a few days just doing things at the house. We ended up having only 10 guests and I think 16 would be tight. Absolutely loved it. The kitchen had good supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Overall very clean and good amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

A little piece of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was beautiful and very clean! It was wonderful that each room had it's own bathroom! It was nice and roomy, yet cozy. We enjoyed all the spaces from the large kitchen to the game room, movie room, and the swim spa and hot tubs! When we tested the fire pit only half of it lit up. We called and maintenance came out that day to make sure it was working correctly so we were able to make S'mores that night and enjoy the amazing view! It was fun to see a family of bears from the balcony a few of the mornings while we were there! Incredible! The location was great! We enjoyed Dollywood, white water rafting, Anakeesta, and some awesome hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains! We had 3 generations that we had to please and there was something for everyone! This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!
