Lots of space! Great sleeping options, good cooking tools and eating area for our group of 9. Can't beat the walk to the bus stop but I will say the walk to the slopes from the bus stop was a bit rough with kids.

This place was great, spacious and very nice. Bus to winter park is right across the street !! Give it a 9.5/10 (would need a hot tub to get a 10) 😄 great place !!

Christmas ski

We had a great stay at this very beautiful house that was perfectly situated next to the bus stop for winter park and an overall great location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything's we needed as well.

There are some areas in the kitchen that need some more extensive cleaning. Ie: the drawer below the oven.Otherwise it was lovely and may return again.

Family skiing trip- AMAZING

We had the best time while skiing and enjoying family time! 3 generations! The house was awesome! Enough space for everyone to spread out! The younger ones enjoyed playing in the snow! The cherry on top was the bus stop directly across the street! We used it everyday!! Was in communication with the hosts and they were quick to answer questions or concerns! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Well appointed and clean!

We stayed here with family for some relaxing and skiing. The house was perfect for our family (4 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs). The location is great with easy access to ski, dine and shop. We enjoyed the nice trails for walking the dogs every day as well, right outside the door. As far as comfort, it was like being home. The kitchen has everything you need - we cooked well and ate well. The sleeping rooms are very comfortable, as are the two recliners that we spent hours reading in while watching it snow! We rent every year in WP for Christmas and will try to book this location again!

Great Stay-Nice Location

Had a wonderful time at this property--well done, very comfortable and convenient location to Winter Park (easy to walk or ride your bike to town) as well as nearby trails to hike and bike. House is well appointed, has everything you might need including a nice hammock out back. Our only difficulty related to the neighbors--as these are townhomes, they are very close/connected to one another. On a couple of nights we had nearby residents running parties well into the night (past midnight) and given you need to open the windows to cool things off in the house it made it difficult to sleep. Didn't seem to be an issue during the week, but weekends were a totally different story! Not the owner's fault, but something to be aware of--beyond that, wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home!

Brad, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay but I am sorry to hear that the neighbors were loud. Our Nextdoor neighbor has his hot tub set up in the backyard area which understandably attracts guests. I will contact the homeowners association about limiting how late large gatherings can be outside with the hope that the situation improves. Thank you for your feedback. Michelle Fisher

Such an amazing location!

We had an excellent trip to the Winter Park/Fraser area. The house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do - especially hitting the mountain, the snow-tubing spot & just hanging out & relaxing while it snowed outside. Communication was excellent & we would highly recommend the house/owners! If we go back to the area, that's where we'll try to stay! Thanks again for a great stay! Great new vacation rental

Our family of five and both sets of grandparents (9 people) really enjoyed our stay. The house and furnishings are brand new and Fraser is a lovely town. The owners were easy to communicate with and everything went well. We highly recommend this rental.
