This home was such a cute place to stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to beach and boardwalk, great beachy vibes, etc. The owner was super responsive when I thought the AC wasn’t working properly. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cute display of snacks, coffee, and water on the kitchen island. It was better than staying in a hotel, for sure! If I didn’t just invest in my own beach property, I would have definitely been back next year. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking to get away for a week.

Great location, very clean and great owner.

My friends and I had a wonderful time down the shore and our stay right near Jenks boardwalk was wonderful. We had a great time and Kevin was very accommodating and helpful. Definitely would come back!

Great place in Point Pleasant

Good location. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Empty parking spot is difficult to find but I assume that is the case for all properties near the beach during this time of year.

Kyle and her family were great guests! We were happy to see a family enjoy the property and location. Kyle kept in great contact with us during her stay. She was considerate, friendly, and kept the house clean. We would recommend Kyle and her family to any other host. We would welcome back Kyle’s family anytime!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Home is clean, well maintained and in a great location situated right in between the beach, inlet and Lake Louise Extremely short walking distance to each. In addition to Jenkinson’s boardwalk which is about a 5 minute walk at most. The owner was very helpful and kind. We definitely recommend this vacation spot and hope to return next summer.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this property for our vacation to Point Pleasant Beach. It was nicely renovated and immaculately clean when we checked in. Kevin the owner was very responsive during the days leading up to our arrival and with the check in process itself. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach. We also appreciated that it was a quieter section of beach than down near the boardwalk carnival rides and arcades. It was much less crowded, but still gave you access to everything on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. Street parking on our day of arrival (Saturday) was a challenge and I got a 48 ticket for parking in what I thought was a legal spot. The rest of the week was much better in terms of parking availability. In terms of interior appointments, the rental was very comfortable for the four of us. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the double bed to a queen. A couple of additional beach passes would also be appreciated. All in all, I would recommend this rental for up to four people, and if you have a larger party you could rent the upstairs 3 bedroom unit as well. For my first time to Point Pleasant, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Getaway

Had such a wonderful time with friends at this property! Location was awesome and just a few minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place was very clean & Kevin was so welcoming! Would most definitely recommend this property to others & would not hesitate to go back!

Warm week at the beach

Compact 2 bedroom apartment, clean and very functional. A short walk to the beach and good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks passing by. We had a small problem with the gas grill and Kevin the owner quickly responded, he is a very nice gentleman. All in all a very enjoyable week.

We loved it

We had a great week at Kevin's property. The unit was newly renovated and everything felt brand new. Kitchen has everything you need, and bathroom came with new fluffy towels. Location couldn't be beat, a block from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk fun. The bedrooms are small but we only slept in there so it wasn't a big deal. Surprisingly quite sunny, too, since it was the ground floor; and sometimes we could hear the people upstairs. All in all a great stay, the pictures don't do it justice.

Clean and Great location

The unit is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. There are a lot of restaurants also within walking distance. The unit was clean and had its own grill and picnic table/area.
