The house was clean, there were many amenities provided (not used to this), the house held our family nicely, and the location was fabulous!

Host had excellent communication, cabin was beautiful and well stocked with towels, extra blankets, kitchen supplies and a bonus for my family extra fans. Perfect location to feel secluded from town but a quick 3-5 minute drive from all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Yes, we have the best location right across from the island without any narrow and steep dirt roads to climb like those up the mountains. So convenient for getting to and from all the activities in town.

The cabin was conveniently located to Pigeon Forge. It was clean. I found the very many notes throughout the cabin scolding and assuming we would trash the place. As an example a note in the shower said to not let your hair go down the drain. I received a message from the host stating there is a camera on the porch and they will count how many people are there. I don’t find this welcoming. I realize some renters aren’t kind to the property but to post so many notes and messages doesn’t set well for good renters.

I understand not everyone is used to staying at VRBOs. Nearly every property is going to have signs posted and a camera at the door. This is for protection and is common place. The notes are definitely not scolding. Simply informing people how to do things. Check out instructions, how to lock and unlock the door, how to operate shower, etc. There are a few notes kindly asking people not to do something which again is common place to see in hotels, VRBOs, and commercial locations. I personally appreciate it when other hosts put up these notes. It helps to keep the place nice for when I visit their house. And some people travel here from outside of the country and are not as familiar with our customs and area as locals. So we find the additional instruction helpful and so do most of our guests. We love our house and our location. Best in Pigeon Forge.

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen had ants on the countertops and could use couple extra dish towels an rags but overall clean and comfy.

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize about the ants. That would have been good to know during your stay as I could have assisted. We are in a wooded area and we can only treat what we are made aware of. The cleaner does leave out several dish towels and paper towels and there is a washer and dryer. Your review does not mention anything about all of the updates that were just done. Did you enjoy the new projector and screen? And the new photo area? And all the extras around the hot tub?

Cabin was clean. The layout of the cabin with 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom on each level really worked out great for us. Loved the balconies, for the most part it was quiet when you sat outside. The hot tub was great. Would rent again.

The cabin was so nice, we had an issue with ants in the basement but the host took care of that immediately on the first day. The basement was a little hotter than the other levels but there are fans in the cabin which helped. I would recommend this cabin and would absolutely stay again

The location is the best. We are right next to the main strip on a paved road with lots of parking. Also, thank you for letting me know about that one broken item. We have gotten it fixed.

Great location! Nice patio for every label. Basement was a little dirty booger on comforter cobwed hangong from wall. But beds where comfortable and clean and had extra comforters to replace the one. Everything was labeled which was helpful but basement is freezing if the other 2 levels are comfortable.

Thank you for your review, although I wish you had contacted me during your stay. I could have helped with these items. I will post a sign about how to fix the temperature with the thermostats. Sometimes it is confusing because there are 2 units with 2 thermostats. We have a lot of replacement bedding which I'm glad you found. Our cleaner is human and sometimes she misses things. I'm sorry this happened. Have a great day.

Nice cozy home in a great location central to everything. There was enough room for family time and to slip away to a quieter place to relax. Miranda is very prompt to respond to any concerns. We lived stay at Mountain Magic!
