We loved the view from our balcony and how easy it was to get to the pool area. The condo was very large and had the space we needed for our family. My only complaints would be the check in was very chaotic and not very accommodating for the handicapped. There is a lot of walking involved to get back and forth to your car. Also 2 out of the 4 TV's did not work. But all in all I would stay here again.

Overall the Majestic is a great place to stay and in a great location. The condo itself is very nice with lots of room. It definitely needs a deep clean and few small small maintenance issues fixed but would recommend it anyone else and would definitely stay here again

Location, location, location. This is the 2nd time we've booked this unit. Love being on the 2nd floor where we can avoid using the elevator. Unit overlooks the pool and beach so there is plenty of activity for people watching, however the once inside the unit it's super quiet.

The floors had not been swept nor mopped, you had to wear socks or shoes because of the amount of sand all over the floors upon arrival. Was unable to get hot water in the master bathroom shower, there was stuff splashed on the walls from spills that was not cleaned, our wonderful deck was filthy, the babies feet were black after walking out there, had to run the dryer for two complete cycles to get clothes dry, found a chocolate donut under the edge of the sofa. Was very disappointed for the amount I paid and received that condo in that condition.

Best place for spring break!

My friends and I stayed here over spring break, it was exactly as described and had such an easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The condo is in serious need of updating and better maintenance. Upon arrival, the floors were extremely sandy, the couch was old and stained, and patio furniture was scattered throughout the condo due to the hurricane. There was a remote that didn’t match any TV, very few electrical outlets, and some didn’t even work. I recommend bringing surge protectors. The washing machine controls didn’t all work, and I couldn’t run a large load, which makes me question how the bedding is properly washed between guests. The smoke alarms were chirping our first night, and two had to be unplugged.What bothered me most was being accused of damaging a cabinet that was already damaged when we arrived. My grandmother stayed in that bedroom, and I can assure you that if she had ripped a piece off a cabinet, we would have known! We were told we would receive an amount to pay for the damage, which is extremely frustrating.We were also told not to come our first scheduled night because of the hurricane the evening before. While we completely understand the circumstances, I believe we should have been compensated for the night we were told not to come.We were understanding of the hurricane situation, but the overall condition of the condo and being blamed for preexisting damage made this a very disappointing experience… considering they were already there when we checked in.

The resort is top notch! The condo needs a DEEP CLEANING! Mold in master bath needs attention! The furniture in livingroom is filthy dirty and in terrible condition . Our requests for new kitchen items were filled immediately. The dishwasher falls out when there are plates in it. Really needs some attention!

Great Condo!

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our three families. The pools were great and we liked that there were security at all times around the complex. We will definitely stay here in the future.

As soon as we checked in, it smelled of a nail salon. It was unbearable. Turns out they had opoxy resined the floors beneath our floor and the fumes were awful. However the owner responded and tried to help the scent. It needed a few days to air out and after that it was a rather pleasent stay. There was no dustpan so everytime i swept the floor i had to just put it in a pile next to the trash can. Over all once the condo aired out it was very decent. Palm trees block view of the ocean but we knew that coming into it.

Spring break of 2023

The condo was very clean and had a great location! We were very close to fun local spots and right on the beach. The condo had good appliance’s that made our stay relaxed! I would definitely recommend this destination for any large family or group looking to visit this location.

Family friendly

Great location and amenities. Plenty of space for 3 families. Not stocked very well so bring blankets and also kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking.

Great location

The location of this property was perfect. Easy walks to shopping and restaurants, so no need to get the car out. Loved being on the 2nd floor close to stairs so no waiting on the busy elevators. Layout of the condo was great and had a nice big table for fun card games.

Spacious condo and great location.

Condo was nice, rooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious. It could use a deep cleaning and there were multiple cupboards that need fixed but overall it was good. Location was great and was within walking distance to many stores and the beach was gorgeous!

The Majestic 202

We really enjoyed our time at the Majestic! Have stayed at many different condos in PCB, but we collectively agree that our stay this year was the best! Condo was great! Spacious with room for everyone! The property itself was immaculate & obviously very well maintained. Pools were clean with plenty of lounge chairs.
