We're sorry to hear the property was dustier than expected. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send a cleaner out to take care of that for you. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the frying pans to our attention so we can pass that feedback along. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the pool closure. Unfortunately, the closure was determined by the HOA, and as soon as we were made aware of it, we immediately notified our guests. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive that news while already on your way, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying the pool during your vacation. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and sharing your honest feedback. We hope you'll consider staying with us again for a better experience next time!
