Everything was exactly as posted with VRBO. Communication was excellent. Wonderful pool, kitchen completely stocked. Beach very short walking distance. Beautiful area. I will return with my family again.

Perfect vacation stay! Home was very clean and well maintained. Great location with a short walk to beach access without crossing a street. Host was very kind, provided all the information needed and was just a text away. Could not be more pleased! Would definitely go back!

This house was in an amazing location...walkable to beach, publix, and dunkin! Very clean! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed! Pool was amazing!!

I am a hair salon owner and brought my team to stay in Cocoa Beach so we could attend the Premiere Orlando international beauty show but be able to enjoy the ocean after we attended. We loved every part of this house! Cathy was so helpful and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The beach was just steps from the house! We loved it!

The walk to the ocean was short and convenient. Good property location! Well maintained home. The backyard was beautiful and the pool was great. The only thing we missed was having a hot tub.

Cathy was very easy to work with and very attentive. We never had to contact her during our stay because everything was as described. The location was perfect. Close to the ocean, activities and dining. The house was clean and open concept for family gatherings. It’s clear the owners take pride in their property.

Property was really close to ocean and the pool was a great option in the evenings. Property was clean, spacious, and easy to find. It was also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The six of us had our own spaces. Communication with owner was great.

Great Week at the Beach

Great stay in this beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen. The pool area is fantastic. Lots of beach chairs provided which was nice! Will stay again!

The house was in a perfect place. The beach entrance was at the end of the block( no busy roads to cross) the property was within walking distance to some restaurants. The property was also close to visiting family that live nearby.Communication with the owner and manager was quick and easy through text messages and phone calls. I would definitely vacation here again and I would recommend this home for a great vacation.

Amazing Home

This is by far the best place we have stayed for vacation! The house was amazing and the pool was out of this world. Located right by the beach and all the things to do. Highly highly recommend !!

Good communication with the owner. Very responsive and helpful. Location was amazing with a very short walk to the beach. Saw 2 rocket launches - unforgettable. House was spacious and clean. Lots of space for everyone. We will be back in future years. Only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror somewhere. Loved our time there.
