C'è una sensazione calorosa e accogliente in questa proprietà speciale che ti incanterà. La grande sala è accogliente e ancorata a un camino in pietra e comodi posti a sedere. La cucina, con elettrodomestici di lusso, e le sale da pranzo adiacenti sono il sogno di uno chef e sono perfettamente situate per godersi una vita informale e una vista sul lago. I servizi di qualità abbondano in tutta la casa. Le bellissime camere da letto sono progettate per il comfort e la privacy. Esci dalla zona giorno sulla veranda per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarti. Oltre la veranda c'è una zona erbosa pianeggiante dove è possibile rilassarsi e godersi il lago sotto le stelle. Il lago è appena oltre il cortile. Questo è davvero un posto meraviglioso per goderti la tua visita al Lago Tahoe e i giorni felici che ti aspettano.

Great Location

Great location and house was of high quality. They use Bio-Friendly soap (shampoo, dishwasher, laundry, hand soap, dish soap) which is slightly more cleaning capacity than water itself. You have to basically wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Not enough Towles and they did not provide adequate blankets. We called and they said “you get what is there” which was two twin sized cheap fleece blankets for the hide-a-beds. If they had these in place Inqouod say it is worth 2k per night (9 people) but because of it, I would say not worth it.

What a great property

We had 5 couples stay here last weekend and it was great. Communication with Sean the Concierge was prompt and accommodating. The house was perfect for our group.

Great weekend getaway!

What a great house! The views were incredible and we enjoyed the lake right out front and the hot tub and the use of the dock and the floats. The pool table we so fun for our teenagers. Everything was perfect- we will definitely be back! The concierge was responsive and friendly and so helpful thank you!!

We will definitely book again.

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The dock was perfect and the home had plenty of room to accommodate my family. I think I can speak on behalf of my entire family that we will definitely book John's property again. On top of the home working out perfectly, John was super responsive and so kind.

Beautiful Home and beautiful view of the lake in mountains from the property

The home was beautiful inside and out. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies and spices and cookware. Grandchildren loved playing air hockey and we all enjoyed the hot tub. View of the lake & the mountains from the home was awesome. There were lots of activities in the area, and we just loved being there

Hard to top

This home was incredible, and we are so grateful to have stayed there. It was clean, spacious, and most importantly, those views. We spent every evening in the front yard, the kids throw in the football, and us looking out over the lake. They were memories made to Last lifetime. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the house was amazing and as advertised. The location is perfect with one of the best views we’ve ever had in a rental. We can’t wait to book it again next year!

Great location and view

Celebrated our 50th anniversary with our adult children and their spouses. The View of lake from the home better than expected. Wonderful location. FYI: Bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and a blanket.

Amazing Tahoe Vacation

Everything about this house was so great. We had 6 adults and had plenty of space. The house was so beautiful and the location was perfect. I would definitely rent this house again!

More Cons than Pros

Pros: * location is great Cons: * NOT a 5 bedroom - one "room" is illegal under CA law as it has no windows or egress (basically a big closet) * there was brown gunk in 2 toilets * spider webs in every bathroom and hanging from the chandeliers in the kitchen * bugs in 2 beds * unwashed smelly pillowcases on 1 bed * no xtra blankets provided (winter stay) * 6 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 day stay (?) * the advertised Air Hockey game had 80% of the bolts holding it together either gone or extremely loose - the game could not be used * the pool table looks great in the pictures - it's in the garage! Luckily it wasn't too cold. * many holes in the main couch * light in the refrigerator did not work * the can opener did not work Overall, great location but not presented or taken care of as a luxury rental. Especially, at the luxury price expected. Additionally, the "5th" room is NOT a room under CA law and the property should not be advertised as a 5 Bedroom.

Awesome Property

This property is amazing. Beautiful view of the lake from your front door. Check in process was a breeze and plenty of activities for kids in the upstairs playroom. Definitely recommend this property and plan to stay again in the future

February Ski Vacation

We rented the entire house including the apartment, thinking we would have a bigger group. We ended up with just 3 teenagers & 2 adults, and didn't use the apartment. The house was clean & very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night, the house had all the necessary pots & pans. The kitchen is very spacious & well laid out for a group. There are 2 eating nooks, which could've easily seated a larger group as well. Kids used the pool table & hot tub every night. Stunning view from the living room. Great location. Short drive to the market. Very easy drive to Northstar. I had a couple of calls with the concierge (rental logistics & I couldn't find the lockbox), he always picked up immediately & was very professional & helpful. Great communication with the homeowner as well. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Awesome Property

House is beautiful with a fantastic view, especially during sunrise/sunset. Very spacious and clean with nice amenities such as the hot tub and air hockey table. Communication was great. Will definitely book again.

Do not miss this wonderful home!

This home is a real gem and a destination in itself. Even with 10 people, everyone had plenty of space to spread out when you are spending time there. It is very comfortable. Most rooms have an amazing view of the lake. It is well set up for large groups with plenty of dining space and well appointed for a large group. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It was a bonus to be able to do laundry - allowing people to pack less for our trip. Two large fridges for food and beverages. Kitchen was plenty large to cook many meals for our large group. The location is perfect for access to beaches, stores, entertainment. Still we felt like our group had plenty of privacy. View from the great hot tub is unmatched! So many details come together to make this a perfect place for a larger group.

Tahoe Vista lake view

Property as represented, nice yard which was important given that Hurricane Hilary was impacting the weather during our stay. Minor cons: no extra toilet paper anywhere; no extra paper towels; no dish towels; not enough towels for "sleeps 12 people"; fridge light out (very narrow fridge so needed it); air hockey table VERY wobbly and probably unsafe. When I rent an expensive property and pay a $510 host fee on top of the nightly rate, I expect attention to these details. Pros: location, location, location; enough bedrooms for our family; well appointed kitchen with the right utensils and cooking implements and enough dishes, glassware, etc. Clean and good instructions; we appreciated the good communication and low level of work we had to do at check-out.

Perfect End of Summer Stay

My family stayed at John’s place with two other families. It was perfect! Spacious, fully stocked, great location and just a beautiful setting. We loved waking up to the beauty of the lake every morning. The front yard was perfect for lawn games and relaxing and we had a great time at the private dock. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Carnelian Bay Summer Trip 2023

Outstanding home in Carnelian bay. The pictures in the listing were very good, the actual home was so much better in person! Extremely clean and well taken care of. The check in process was easy, I was contacted by the property manager the day before and was given all the information to get into the house. This home worked perfectly for our family vacation, hot tub, fully landscaped yard, lawn, porch etc were all in excellent shape. Had no issues at all, everything worked as it should and the location was outstanding. Currently working on booking the same property for next year. Highly recommend this property!
