Il nostro bellissimo cottage sulla spiaggia si trova direttamente sulla Seven Mile Beach in Boggy Sand Road a West Bay, che si trova nel tour storico a piedi del National Trust delle vecchie case delle Cayman.

Il cottage è immerso tra gli alberi maturi del maregrafo all'estremità settentrionale della nostra famosa Seven Mile Beach ed è in una zona residenziale tranquilla e di fascia alta, lontano dal trambusto delle principali aree del resort. Appena al largo sono alcuni dei siti di immersione più popolari all'estremità occidentale di Grand Cayman. Ci sono anche barriere coralline poco profonde per lo snorkeling con il popolare Cemetery Reef a poche centinaia di metri a sud di noi! Per i proprietari di immobili, la spiaggia o l'ampio ponte all'aperto, all'ombra degli alberi del maregrafo, offre l'ambiente ideale per godersi un buon libro e un drink rinfrescante. Riposo e relax sono garantiti in questo accogliente bungalow sul mare!

L'unità dispone di due camere da letto, entrambe con splendida vista sul ponte privato, sulla spiaggia e sul mare e ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti i comfort di casa e ti consente di rimanere e cucinare il tuo pasto preferito o mantenere fresco il tuo drink preferito per quando torni da un pasto fuori città, in uno dei nostri numerosi ristoranti di classe mondiale! Il ponte esterno privato e spazioso offre una zona tranquilla per rilassarsi, prendere il sole, leggere il tuo libro preferito o semplicemente guardare le barche che passano e rimanere incantati dalle viste spettacolari di Seven Mile Beach!

In meno di 5 minuti a piedi c'è un minimarket, dove acquistare le basi, oltre ad alcuni ristoranti locali. A breve distanza c'è un grande negozio di alimentari e un negozio di liquori, oltre a molti altri ristoranti (Macabuca, The Cracked Conch, Villas Pappagallo, Alfresco, Calypso Grill) e numerose attività come il Cayman Turtle Centre, Dolphin Cove, Scuba Diving, Stingray Tour della città.

We love this quaint cottage nestled in some trees, but right there at the water's edge. Quiet and relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely come back to this property for our next trip to Grand Cayman!

Another amazing vacation.

This was our second stay at the cottage and it is still our favorite place on the island. We had a rental car so we explored the island during the day and had this quiet oasis to return to in the evenings. Love it.

Ultimate relaxation

Although the house and deck were terrific, we spent most of our time snorkeling the reefs right outside. Perfect little house where we stocked up at the awesome nearby grocery store and cooked all week. No crowds, no restaurants, no tourists traps. Just an awesome stay for some peaceful R&R.

Second time is a charm

We stayed here for a month previously and came back for three weeks which is telling. Excellent location to grocery and the north side. A fabulous restaurant is a 2 minute walk, The beach in the back is ever changing, always sand for chairs etc, walking in sometimes can be slightly rocky one ay, sandy the next. Very good snorkeling right off the property. Beach is pretty private. The house needs updating on the inside as its getting a little long in the tooth, but very Caribbean, it is not a gleaming condo. We would definitely come back.

Excellent location and clean, comfortable cottage. The cottage is compact, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. The highlight is definitely the patio and deck. Wonderful ocean view and easy access to the beach/water. Air conditioning/multiple fans in the cottage was great as well, to cool down during the days. And listening to the ocean waves at night was a pleasure. Just remember to bring bug spray, as they were a small issue after dark. All in all a wonderful stay at the cottage.

The staff is friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating. Wished the beds were a bit softer, but that is an individual preference. The cottage was very clean on arrival and properly set up and is strategically located near Heritage Kitchen a Cayman Institution that all visitors should try and those that have will always return to. Great views perfect location

The view was fantastic. We love to snorkel and the best shore snorkeling was right outside our location. You need to swim out quite a ways toward the white bouys and there is a reef with tons of fish. It was like swimming in an aquarium. The house is small but we were outside all the time except to sleep. The doors to the bedrooms and bathroom are glass. We put up paper on the bathroom door since you can see into it. Other thsn that the house was perfect. Would recommend it.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Nautilus Cottage. The property was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed many evenings on the deck overlooking the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away where you could snorkel. The neighborhood seemed very safe with a nice grocery store two minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby. If you want more action then you might want to stay further down on 7 mile beach, but if you're wanting some rest and relaxation then look no further. Thanks to Beth and Shirley for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back to Grand Cayman.

Almost perfect

Our group had a wonderful time at this home. It is at the end of 7 mile beach, so away from crowds. The outdoor furniture and hammock was put to great use. And the snorkeling out in front of the beach was the best on the island. The properties on either side of the home actually connect to this rentals decks. Luckily the groups on either side were nice. The house inside does seem somewhat dated. One negative was that all the interior doors are glass (even the bathroom) which makes it slightly uncomfortable when going with another couple. Also, the beds are listed as king and full but are only queen and full. Other than that we loved the property and the ease of snorkeling.
