The property was extremely clean. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Two bedroom and 2 bath with kitchen and living room. Very well decorated. Plenty of towels and coffee, tes, hot chocolate and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If we are in Petosky again we would definitely stay here.

The location of this property allowed for us to get to many activities and conveniences while in a country setting. The hosts were fantastic. They shared information, left helpful tips for restaurants, groceries and things to do in the area. The kitchen had all the pots pans dishes and other essentials needed as well as a bbq grill outside. The place was immaculate! It was exceptionally clean. Infoor heat in the bathrooms. Ac and heat with fans and extra blankets.

This was a fantastic get away location for my family. We had plenty of room and the place was so neat and tidy. After long days of exploring we all got the best night's sleep on the beds. It was a top tier experience all the way around. The hosts were amazing A for sure!

"Stay Haven" was wonderful! I only wish I could have stayed longer, and am already planning 2027's stay there. I wondered as I was driving there that I would be "out in the boonies"--but the location was simply "country". Far enough away from busy Petoskey to enjoy nature, sunsets, sunrises etc., but close enough to still be able to run into town etc within a few minutes.Jeff & Shawn have done an amazing job and their "pride" in the property is very evident. Every comfort of home was available in the amazingly stocked kitchen/pantry. The decor was perfect and I certainly felt like I was "home" instead of an apartment. This is a gem that I am glad I found. I have already recommended it to several friends---hope they don't book the week I want!Thank you Jeff and Shawn---- continued good luck

The house was very well-located just far enough from the town center and secluded enough for getting peace and quiet. Upon arrival, the hosts welcomed us with big smiles and a small tour of the property. We also met their adorable goats! As we entered the rental, it smelled very clean and the decor was calm and cozy. Everything was provided that we needed and a bonus was the heated bathroom floors! The hosts checked in on us from time to time to be sure we were comfortable too! We were very satisfied with everything and wish them continued success!!

Perfect spot for Skiing, Golf, or fun getaway. Me and my friends stayed for the weekend Host live right by but don’t be drawn away. Hosts Jeff & Shawn greeted us when we arrived and were awesome our whole stay offering extra pillows, heating options etc. Great people! The Cozy stay is close to all the main attractions keeping it easy on the car. Can wait to come back!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The house was so clean and stocked with essential supplies. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Warm, comfy, cozy environment. Hosts were wonderful and easy to contact. Peaceful quiet environment.
