Loved staying here! Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Cute neighborhood with an easy walk to 32nd Ave and all its shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Great communication and easy to book. If you are sensitive to smells this is not an ideal property, very very strong smell of Febreeze or other cleaners in every space and in beds. Great location to get around the Highlands.

This property was just what we needed for our weekend in Denver. Perfect location for our needs and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great set up for 5 adults. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely not a deal breaker but we could have used the following: extra towels and some washcloths for the bathrooms, hangers for the closets, tissues, and pens/pencils. Again, not major issues. We would stay here again and would also recommend to others

Great house in a cute neighborhood. My family of four was very comfortable, plenty of room. Walking distance to shops and dining. Easy access to downtown and highways. Would highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Denver and this house was perfectly located to explore the area. Tons of great food, cafes, and workout studios just a short walk away. We were with our two toddlers, so it was great having a playground (highland park) just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early last minute. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver.

The place was in a good neighborhood, ideal for our purpose, a reunion with friends and a Denver Bronco game. The house was very clean, good kitchen, good pantry, nice furniture. TV's were modern/great. I really liked having a good washer and dryer. The Host's responded quickly to communication. All goodHowever, the VRBO advertisement showed a room with 2 Twin Beds, and an Office with a futon couch. These did not exist!! Instead, the Twin beds turned out to be a Trundle bed in a small room - good for a couple of small children. The Office did not exist. We did find a small couch/futon on a small landing just in front of the big King bedroom upstairs. There was not much room there. So....what was left was a King bedroom upstairs, and on the main floor, a room with a queen bed, and a room with the Trundle bed. We were a 4 older men, so we divided the Trundle bed into 2 beds, then moved the kitchen furniture and used the bottom bed in the main living room. It worked out, but less space/beds than advertised.Would I stay there again? Well - The place is perfect for 1 family, Example: Dad and Mom upstairs in the King bedroom, Teen boy in the Queen room, and a couple of younger kids on the trundle bed. That would work well!!Overall, wonderful house, great neighborhood, clean, etcetera. Lovely place. Too small for 4 adult men. I did talk with the host. Apparently VRBO limits it's pulldown menu, but the Hosts could have been more straightforward in their description/narrative.

Great neighborhood

Great rental and wonderful food and drinking options within a couple of blocks. We were there for baseball game and RR concert. on the weekend there were tents / farmers market on Saturday and Sunday. So much fun to check out!

Perfect location!

My family loved staying here! The house was perfect for us, and the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee in the private backyard and walking just a few blocks to wonderful restaurants and shops. An added bonus was that my son lives a few blocks away :). We will definitely stay here again!

Denver Visit

Our family spent 3 nights in Denver in July. The house was in a very quaint neighborhood and we were able to walk to various restaurants. We liked the close proximity to the downtown area and the Rockies stadium. The private backyard was also very nice.

Good times

Great location to access downtown and shows at RedRocks. Would have been nice to have washcloths for the showers, but all else was good. Enjoyed the comfy couch and TV. Check in/out was easy as it gets. Would stay here again if given the chance.

A weekend with Family

We enjoyed a wonderful stay to watch my son play basketball in the area and then celebrated, my son’s, my dad’s and my husband’s Birthdays by going to the Nuggets game. The home allowed us to spend quality time together. It was close to Ball arena and the perfect place to enjoy time together. It was such a cute, clean and comfortable home.
