Questo condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno è un'unità finale in cui il proprietario ha appena aggiornato il condominio con vernice e mobili freschi. Il condominio viene fornito con una cucina completamente moderna, a / c in camera da letto, ampio lanai, e abbiamo menzionato la vista? Essendo un'unità terminale, il nostro ospite si immergerà in una vista a 180 gradi a partire dalle montagne Ko'olau e fondendosi nel profondo oceano blu del Pacifico! Sentiti a casa con TV via cavo HD, Internet ad alta velocità GRATUITO, ma è ai margini di Waikiki e Ala Wai che lo rendono più appartato ma abbastanza vicino da vivere la "City Life" di Waikiki. Si tratta di un breve 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Waikiki. (NO a / c in soggiorno, SOLO camera da letto !!)

La posizione è perfetta (445 Seaside Avenue)! A piedi dal Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre in circa 5 minuti e il mercato internazionale recentemente rinnovato in circa 5-7 minuti. Tutte le migliori spiagge di Waikiki sono a pochi minuti a piedi!
Fai una nuotata rinfrescante nella piscina all'aperto o rilassati nella sauna e nel jet spa. Fai un rapido allenamento in palestra prima di nuotare anche tu!

Sperimenta il divertimento e il sole, il cibo e la vita notturna e "The View" con tanto Aloha qui a Island Colony.

Great property at a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The Shower water does fluctuate a little between hot and cold when showering, but nothing major - we were still able to shower. And the only AC is in the room, so we just left the room door open and the whole condo was cool. Can't beat the price for the room.

It was a good place to stay, it was a decent clean place but it could’ve been cleaned better like the tub and shower curtain could’ve been washed and scrubbed down. Otherwise, it was still a good deal and a good place to stay. My biggest complaint is parking is mentioned however you are still paying 45 daily parking fee, it was not truly worded in the description.

We loved staying at this one bedroom condo and would definitely stay there again. We stayed for two weeks. There's a great ocean view from the living room and also from the lanai. Air conditioning worked great. Walking distance to the beach and the center of Waikiki. ( International market place) They do supply a few items like coffee and tea, for the first day or so, but didn't leave any sugar or creamer. Target is the best place to shop for groceries in Waikiki unless you want to take the bus to Don Quijote. Pool on the 6th floor is nice, but it gets windy in the afternoon. The host was very welcoming. Enjoy Waikiki and definitely see the Auana Cirque du Solei show. It was amazing. Book early. Ps, I lived in Waikiki for 8 years and love coming back. Aloha

Everything you need to have a good time in Honolulu

Cross-breezes with balcony door and windows open allowed me 2 weeks without an air conditioner which was amazing! Incredible location and amenities, fully functional kitchen, although a little oddly arranged. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and sheets and supplies! Gorgeous views! Would highly recommend!

Pleasure stay!

The apartment was in a perfect location with enough amenities in kitchen and bathrooms with a great view in the balcony and the big windows. The apartment was very cleaned and comfy. Just parking is not good. But we still enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful unit

They loved this unit on the 9th floor. The room was nice and clean, beautiful view of the ocean. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and lagoon. Air conditioner worked really well, kitchen had everything they needed to cook too. Everything was perfect!

Family with teenagers

The futon beds in the living room were great for my 2 teenaged boys( 15&16), no complaints about being uncomfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the amenities at Island Colony made for a great vacation.

Wonderful place to be.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well. Nice place to stay in Honolulu. Beautiful view and everything in walking distance. Soooooo pretty place to stay. Thank you so much.

Review of unit in island colony

Good experience renting. Great co.munication with owner. Would have been nice to have air conditioning in the entire unit and not just the bedroom.
