Wow! What an adorable 2 bedroom property! We had a great time at this location. Completely walkable and the amenities are outstanding. We could not have been more pleased with the price and location and hope to stay again.

Very comfortable beds, smooth check in and check out process. This is a lower level unit, you can hear everything going on above you. The renters above us came in late and it was disturbing to say the least. Single bathroom with plumbing issues, host was responsive but didn’t fix it during our stay.

The property is located close to the beach and the bay. Walking trails are close by. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a great time at this condo and will stay again.

Great location. The area was very walkable and the beach was only a block away. Very comfortable. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe. Aaron, our host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great location if you want to be by the beach, everything was fine, only negative thing i can say is there’s no parking & you would have to find street parking & during business hours the streets are full.

a group of guys show up to store their luggage an hour before check-out which was uncomfortable as check-out felt rushed. property was clean and well-maintained otherwise. beds were comfortable and lots of pillows, blankets, etc… to accommodate everyone. coffee was available and delicious. so close to so many great places to eat and the bay & the beach are so close and convenient. we recommend la perlita!

The location was perfect and very walkable. We didn’t have any trouble finding the place. Found the couch a little uncomfy and dirty probably from lots of use but the beds were great. We fell asleep very quickly each night. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and nice. We found the laundry time constraint a bit odd but were able to do some in the morning before heading out for our day. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Place to Stay!!

Our experience was great! It was so close to the beach and it was very helpful to have chairs, boogie boards and beach essentials provided! Hope to come back in the future!

Please be aware that at the beach (coupled with San Diego's famous hard water) that that is not mold but calcium (from the water) and sodium (from the salt air that is all around). Pacific beach

The perfect spot for a couple people to stay at. Loved that the place had utensils, grill, many pots and pans for when we want to cook in.
