We enjoyed a wonderful week here! Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location was excellent, we easily used Uber and Lyft to get to the parks each day and really enjoyed having the option to stay on the property for dinner a few evenings. Everything made for a convenient and relaxing stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was beautiful very clean. Anytime that I needed anything the downstairs made sure that I got it promptly. The property has so many amazing amenities activities for the entire family. My kids loved all the pools and the lazy Rivers my husband and I enjoyed the adult nightlife. Would definitely recommend this Resort and will definitely plan to be back.

Our host was wonderful. We had some issues with our condo on property and Bonnet Creek’s communication amongst the staff is really lacking. Overall, things were finally taken care of for us but it took almost 4 days.

Christian was very responsive. When we arrived at Bonnet Creek our reservation had us listed as checking out and back in twice over the week. Our name was not on the last reservation number and thus we could not check in. This was frustrating, but Christian responded quickly to resolve the issue. Bonnet Creek was lovely and we had a very pleasant stay. We will return.

Host was great about providing necessary check in information. Smooth check in process as a result. Did have a scare that our check out date was wrong, but ended up being our reservation had two separate bookings for our length of stay and did not affect our room assignment. Only drawback, which was not hosts’ fault, was that they are now charging a daily parking rate which was about 20 or 22. The qr code provided to arrange payment was not user friendly and we had to call customer service to ensure our payment for length of stay went through. Also, unit we got had a huge corner tub, but no air jets, which we were looking forward to after long days in the parks. Would highly recommend this host.
