I am a regular visitor at bonnet creek and I am never disappointed. It is a nice resort with everything you need to have a fun/relaxing vacation. A big plus is that you are only a few minutes away from Disney/universal/shopping. Pam was a pleasure to deal with as well. Pam was in constant communication and made sure that my check is process was as easy as could be. I would highly recommend her unit and will be reaching out to her again in the future.

Perfect location for a trip visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studio parks. Pam was a fantastic communicator and the property was well-suited for our needs!

This place is always perfect for our family of 5 when we go to Disney. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our whole family. The amenities at the resort were excellent! The owner responded quickly to all my request prior to arriving. I asked the resort for a late check out because of a medical need. They were so accommodating. We didn’t need it after all but it was so nice to be treated with kindness and understanding!We will stay here every time we come to the Orlando area!

Awesome Property

This is our 2nd stay at this property. A truly awesome property! Great amenities! Great restaurants and bars! Super close to all the parks, 12 minute Uber/Lyft rude is the longest ride.

Great location and amenities

Everyone enjoyed our trip for different reasons. Staff was very kind and being so close to the parks was really great. My older two loved the pool while our babies napped more than comfortably in the room. Usually I’m ready to get home after a stay but I could’ve stayed longer for sure.

Love Bonnet Creek Resort!

We have stayed here numerous times and always loved our time. Helpful and nice staff, spacious condo, and beautiful resort. Lots of space and things to do on property. Pools are great, mini golf, corn hole, playground, Arcade, etc. are perfect for a day of rest in between theme park days. Within the Disney property, you’re close to everything. We will for sure stay here again.

Fantastic Resort

Our stay was fantastic as it is close to all things Disney but also made you feel like you were away from all things Disney with theme of resort. Resort offers so much and everything was is in prestine condition. Pam was great in communication and offered a ton of support and information as needed! We will be back in the future!

Close to Disney and awesome amenities

Great location for our first family Disney trip! We were pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities available right on the property, including LOTS of pools, 2 lazy rivers, miniature golf, arcade, and a variety of restaurants on-site. The kids kept begging to leave Disney to go back to the pools! Prior to the trip, the host was quick to answer questions and provided all of the information we needed for a great trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice resort property

We stayed for 6 days and went to 3 Disney parks. Location is very good for the parks. The resort property is very pretty, very clean and a fair amount of activities. The only negative is the sales pitch to sit through a time share sales presentation. Saying no was how we handled it

I am so glad you and your family had a good stay At Bonnet Creek Sarah. I do apologize you got lured into a sales presentation. You are in no way required to attend one of these unless you so choose. Telling them no at check in is all that is required. I have placed information regarding heads up on sales presentations in my booking information. I have not had people complain of this issue before but thanks for bringing this to my attention .
