What you see in the pictures is what you get. This house, very comfortably fit our family of 9. We utilized all the rooms, and enjoyed the deck for a couple of hours each day. Seth was very responsive, ensuring that our stay met all expectations.

Wonderful Lexington experience!

We enjoyed our VRBO stay. It was so close to the Mill Ridge horse farm we toured as well as Keeneland racetrack and many eateries and interesting places such as the Children’s museum!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and easy to find and get into. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. The home was on a very quiet street but close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. Seth had excellent instructions and was there if we needed anything.

Do not hesitate to book!! This was a great property, conveniently located with lots of amenities and very clean! It is a very short drive to get on just about any of the major thoroughfares through Lexington. And if you are looking for a place to stay for a visit to Keeneland this place is perfect in terms of location! The downstairs basement area was ideal for hanging out the nights we stayed in and we loved having access to a grill and fire pit on the back deck. Lastly, communication with the host was perhaps the best we have experienced throughout our many stays at VRBO properties. Incredibly responsive and checked in numerous times to make sure our stay was going well!
