This is a great 3 bedroom condo with a very close walk to the beach. The property has beautiful landscaping and a good family pool and hottubs. The condo is well furnished and offers beach towels and accessories that are great for families. We look forward to staying in the future.

Well maintained property; well suited for a larger group and the grounds were well maintained. And of course walkable to the beautiful beaches.

Enjoyed the pool area, as well as the nearby beaches. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards were most helpful on our beach excursions.

nice place

wonderful spot in kihei, responsive host. this suite is on the ground floor which is good for beach access and kids. BBQs here are amazing but first-come-first serve and get busy!

Family holiday … for the grandchildren

Wow .. exactly what we wanted .. great pools .. great beaches and the unit had lots of vacation toys ! I highly recommend this for other families!

Great location and management

We had a great time at this condo. Perfectly located near great beaches and tons of fun beach equipment. We arrived a little early and check in was seamless. Plenty of room for kids and awesome lanai for playing in grass.

Great Condo and Location

Wonderful location and condo! We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. Loved the ground floor access and easy walk to the beach and pool. Everything we needed was in the unit, including a generous supply of beach chairs and boogie boards.

Roomy, well equipped and close to the beach

We had 7 people in our group and the condo was roomy enough to be comfortable. The beach is close and there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage area which was very nice. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing place, Perfect location

Jenny is very responsive and a wonderful host. The place was amazing and was everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. Kamaole beach has one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen and it's literally less than a 5 min walk from the door or back porch.

Perfect for a group!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and offered everything you could possibly want for a day at the beach. We had a group of 7 and never felt crowded in the condo. The grounds are amazing! The pool and hot tubs and grills were awesome! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great beach access

Location is great with many amenities within walking distance. Being on the ground floor is an added benefit for us. Lots of bbqs available so little to no waiting for use. Would definitely recommend this facility along with this specific unit to others.

Great stay in paradise!!!

Condo is spacious and in a great location. First time we have stayed behind main gardens. It was actually very handy and private. Condo could use a little TLC here and there but property manager is great to deal with and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location.

Great location across from our favorite beach in Kehei, Kam III. Condo was more than adequate size for four adults and two teen boys. Had all the beach gear we needed, minus snorkels. But, Boss Frogs was only two blocks away. We will totally try staying here again, when we travel with friends & family.

A great family place with three bedrooms

A great place for 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The two lanais connect to a nice grassy area that feels like a private lawn with an easy walk to the beach park, pool, and grill pits. Boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, foldable wagon and umbrella were included.Kam 3 beach park has great sandy areas and a rocky reef with good snorkeling. Lots of turtles!

Spacious place close to the beach.

We loved the condo. The condo is far more spacious than how it appears in the photos, and having the lawn area was a great bonus. Our favourite beaches were right across the street, and it was a quick walk over to watch the sunset. The condo was well stocked with essentials including beach items (chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and toys). We would recommend this place to our friends.

Close to Everything

This unit is so nice and close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for the six of us that went although it would be just perfect if there was a loveseat added for more seating. But we got along well enough with what there is. The unit is very clean which is appreciated. We love being on the ground level too. Thank you for a lovely trip!

Very Pleasant Stay

The condo was spacious and was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children 4ys and 10yrs old. The air conditioners work well and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a very nice addtion. It was well stocked with cups, glasses, and all the other dishes and silverware, although it was oddly short on spoons. There was a nice supply of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. There is a great grassy area outside the lani which was utilized very much and better than having a small balcony on an upper floor. Only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the pool. Overall a great place and we highly recommend it.

good family location

spacious 3 bedroom great for families. two decks but very tiny facing street.Complex in Good location. Unit was clean,beds comfortable. Lots of beach equipment. Main bath need some attention as main valve in shower dripping therefore causing mold issue. Easy check in.

Aloha Rod, We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us, and we appreciate your feedback. We have notified our property manager on Maui about the water leak in the shower, and it has been promptly fixed and cleaned. I would like to make a clarification about the lanai. The lanais do not face any street, as the building is set back away from the Kihei Road. The lanais are back against another complex, and face that building's parking area, but the two complexes are separate by a fence, with a line of tall tropical bushes/trees between the two complexes. Please see our photos. The lanais are of standard size, and are comparable to most of the other units' lanais in the complex. Our unit is one of the very few that has two lanais. One off of the living room, the other off of one of the bedrooms. Both offer partial views of the ocean. The lanais are also further extended by a grassy area lawn that feels very private. Beautiful place

What an amazing unit - ground floor, grass law outside two lanais, sparkling clean, comfy beds & sleeping arrangements, tastefully decorated, spacious-feeling, and an ocean view from the living room window. It was spendy after taxes & fees, but felt posh. Beautiful complex with lots of families. Gorgeous grounds. Park & beach right across the street. Bit of a walk to amenities but natural foods store in walking distance and easy parking. Overall a luxe stay and beautiful place. I'll add that the property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful.
