Dai un'occhiata alle nostre recensioni! Vieni a provare il nostro affascinante condominio Gulf Place ai Caraibi al 4 ° piano con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo e nessun passo sopra. I miglioramenti di design aggiornati includono pavimenti in vero legno, granito in cucina completamente attrezzata con armadi personalizzati ed elettrodomestici in acciaio, doppio lavabo e granito in bagno e boiserie. Ci sono letti a castello nella hall, ognuno con la propria illuminazione e presa, perfetti per la lettura e il gioco! La camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale con accesso al bagno. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile per la vostra convenienza. C'è un balcone privato con vista sulla piscina riscaldata stagionalmente e sulla vasca idromassaggio.
Situato a Gulf Place, a South Walton, all'estremità occidentale della 30A, Gulf Place Caribbean è il luogo perfetto per una coppia o una famiglia per godersi la prossima vacanza al mare. Il noleggio di biciclette è a pochi passi e il sentiero panoramico 30A è proprio fuori dalla porta! Viaggia fino alla vicina Grayton Beach o alla rinomata città di Seaside. Resta in giro e goditi l'anfiteatro e il Gulf Place Town Centre, che ha negozi e ristoranti ai piedi della tua porta, con molti eventi speciali durante tutto l'anno. Certo, la spiaggia è in bella vista, e proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Goditi una giornata di onde o galleggianti in piscina. Molto da vedere e da fare per tutti al Gulf Place Caribbean!

We often stay at Gulf Place when checking in on our local rental home. This is by far the best unit we have experienced. The location can't be beat! Easy beach access, parking and walking distance to restaurants and shops @ Gulf Place and on Spires Lane. I even made an appointment for a pedicure at Jade Nails, a one minute walk. The condo is clean, tastefully furnished and met our expectations. We would definitely book again!

Overall WonderfulView not quite worth 5 stars price if plan is to stay in and relax. Walking is most preferred in this area. Parking is not always easy/close.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were close to the beach and several restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the condo. It was so clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. There were beautiful views of the gulf and it was a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

Great place to visit. Great Condo, pool and beach area was not crowded during peak season. Beth is active and communicates with you and checks on you during your stay. We will save this place to visit again!

Lovely spot in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The owner was helpful and available to help, the condo was nicely updated and clean, and the location was just perfect for our young kinds and our family. Will certainly return!!

Fantastic condo!

This is our second stay in this condo for our annual girls trip. The condo is beautifully remodeled, convenient to shops and dining, and most of all, close to the beach!

What a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our visit! The home and surrounding property was very clean and well kept. We loved that we walked or biked everywhere we wanted to go. The kids especially loved the heated pool. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

Great!

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I loved all the surrounding restaurants and the beach was beautiful. There are very convenient places to rent paddleboards/bikes. The condo was very comfortable and felt like home. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view retreat!!!!

Clean, sufficient, close to our favorite area and had all the needed necessities. Comfortable bed!!!! New deck furniture was just perfect. We loved every bit of the CONDO.

Great Trip!

This is our second stay in this unit, such a beautiful condo. The top floor location has a really nice view of the gulf. Very convenient to the beach, shopping, and dining. Also the beaches here are much less crowded and getting chairs was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Girls Trip

The condo was so cute and very clean. It had everything we needed for a wonderful trip! The view was perfect for our morning coffee and the three beach chairs were great! Beth checked on us often and was great to work with. We will rent again!

Gulf Place - Santa Rosa “Beautiful”

We have stayed at golf place for a few years in the Caribbean building and this was by far our best experience. The condo was beautifully decorated with all our needs met, just like home. Beautiful views of the ocean and very relaxing. We will be back next year!

Very enjoyable stay

This property is as advertised. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, it has a great view of the ocean and it is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, bike rentals and restaurants. There is a little road noise from the balcony, but you don't hear it inside the unit. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool was heated, which was good because the weather was a little chilly. This was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We felt at home when we arrived and had a beautiful view of the ocean. So convent in walking to and from the beach. The place had everything we needed for our stay of 7 days. The location was perfect. we look forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a slower pace and less traffic than Destin and this delivered. We loved being able to walk to many great restaurants and shops. They beach was a short walk and getting chairs and umbrellas set up was a breeze. The property exceeded our expectations and we appreciated Dawn's detailed info about the property, area, activities, etc. The area is well maintained and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back!
