The property location was in a perfect location in Newport Beach. When I realized it was not air conditioned, I called the office and immediately they responded with the necessary fans. This location is ideal for walking to the ocean. Even though my kids could not surf due to weather, we enjoyed the nice living room, games, rooftop sunset and more.

The location of the property is excellent and having parking was amazing. Having 2 kitchen's and 2 living spaces makes it great for multiple families. The only draw back is that it was quite warm inside even though it says theres AC.

The home was in a quiet spot of Newport Beach and just a couple houses from the beach. We loved the location! The home had lots of room for our family, each couple having a bedroom and a bathroom. The very best part was the roof top deck! We had our morning coffee there, and the end of the evening wine. We saw crashing waves, porpoises swimming by, and great sunsets. It was the perfect stay.

Our stay was an incredible experience. Check-in was cake. Everything was well thought out. There was no need to reach out to the host during the stay, because they successfully already had taken care of any scenario that might come up. They still regularly reached out to make sure we were good. Will definitely stay again.

This home was incredible and was plenty of room for our 8 guests. The kitchens are large, fully stocked. Plenty of bathrooms and I loved that we had plenty towels and washcloths!! We could do all our laundry without needed to go anywhere. The couches and furniture are very clean and don’t stink like some beach rentals do. We loved this place and would come back.

House was as described. Lots of room to spread out and could easily accomodate a large family gathering. The view from the upper deck was a nice bonus! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect spot for our stay!

The layout, set up and location for our stay was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The roof top deck with an ocean view was a bonus. Super close to the beach and TONS of restaurant options nearby.

The house was clean and cozy! The location is perfect! It was so nice to have a parking spot and the garage! We brought our wagon and having a place to park it after the beach made things so easy! The carport was helpful too! The bedrooms are a great size, beds are decently comfortable, and having 3 full bathrooms was great! The back living area is the place to hang out if you like a cool ocean breeze, the front living room gets toasty in the afternoon but not unbearable. Note that to get to the back of the house you do walk through one bedroom. If anyone uses the murphy bed, they will have to trek through that room to get to bathrooms so that room has less privacy. It didn’t bother us but it may bother some! The rooftop patio is great but pack a sweatshirt! It’s chilly up there once the sun sets.

Just what we were looking for …

We had a lovely stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family that included 3 adult couples who stayed and local family who visited with kids ages 11 and 7. The communication during our stay about a couple small issues was stellar.
