Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Stop looking at any other VRBO options right now and book Lou's place! Highly, highly recommend!!!! This is literally perfect location for so many reasons--it's 2 blocks from the ocean and approximately 3ish to the bay. So only a couple minute walk to either option. Walkable to MULTIPLE great restaurants. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood but super easy and fast to get to want you want to do for fun. No extra noise from the boardwalk. Garage FULL of anything you want for the area for fun: multiple bikes, including e-bikes, helmets and bike locks, beach chairs galore, wagon to carry your beach gear, multiple umbrellas for the beach, boogie boards x at least 10!, sand castle building tools. Lou has thought of everything! He is incredibly kind, very resourceful and INSANELY responsive. Great recs for restaurants and there are multiple to choose from around the area that are great and WALKABLE! Went here with my preteen/teenage daughters for Fall break and couldn't have picked a better place to stay!!! Wish we had another couple days to enjoy the ocean and more fun restaurants around the area. Might have to come back instead of trying a new place on the list of places to travel over school breaks during the year. Seriously, book this place right now!!

Lou's Beach House is the perfect place for a wonderful family vacation stay in Newport Beach. Lou has thought of everything...fully stocked kitchen, all the equipment and toys for a day at the beach, and bikes for everyone! The most convenient location a short walk to the beach, a grocery store and several excellent restaurants within walking distance...a much loved bowl of treats and the most hospitable host who truly desires his guests to be comfortable and enjoy their time together. With the convenience of a Tesla charger, what more could a guest ask for? Thanks Lou for a wonderful stay!

Lou is fantastic! The house was perfect for the stay (family of 5) and had everything we needed. The amenities Lou had in the garage are the best I've seen. We biked the boardwalk nearly every day!

This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner Lou met us when we arrived and showed us around and gave us recommendations for where to eat and visit. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only 2 min walk to the beach! Great stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Lou’s place in Newport Beach—easily the best vacation rental we’ve ever experienced. Lou was an outstanding host, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days at the beach.What truly sets this place apart is everything Lou provides—bikes for the kids, e-bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, towels, and more. As my wife said, it felt like “endless fun for the beach.”The kitchen was also fully stocked with high-end cookware, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home.Lou truly went above and beyond in every way. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property, great location, reasonably priced.

This is a lovely house, just a short walk from the beach. Overall, it is a great deal and we would definitely stay here again.

The rental itself was perfect, but the location could not be beat. Excellent access to the ocean, bars, and local restaurants. GREAT PLACE!

Loved the access to the stores and shopping

Great area! We absolutely loved our stay! The house and amenities were great. The house is in such a great spot. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

The perfect location

This was the PERFECT location for our stay in Newport Beach. We were within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and within very close walking distance of the beach. The property was loaded with everything we could need. Lou was very helpful and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal beach stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a month -- we absolutely loved it! Fantastic location, great property, all the amenities you need and everything within walking distance. Just a block and a half to the beach. Our host, Lou, was beyond compare -- extremely friendly, very responsive and helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Lou's place has everything you could ever need, including any beach item you can imagine. What a beautiful and convenient location--to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Very clean and organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place to stay for family vacation!

Lou was a wonderful host and has a great home walking distance from the beach. The proximity to the beach, fully equipped rental, spacious rooms, and many beach toys made our vacation top notch. Lou was super communicative and was prompt to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to returning!

Perfect beach rental!

This place had everything you’d ever need/want for the beach. So organized and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Owner was extremely nice and helpful. Easy walk to the beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
