La cucina dello chef è fornita di tutto il necessario e sono forniti tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Negozi di alimentari, birrerie e ristoranti tutti nel raggio di 5 miglia. A soli 20 minuti da RDU e 15 minuti dal centro di Raleigh. Sia un disco facile / Uber! Facile accesso da tastiera attraverso lo sportello anteriore.

I live in Raleigh and needed a larger space for some out of town visitors and to host a birthday party. The space was great for that need and I appreciated no additional charges to have my dog and the party. A few minor issues with cleanliness and the wifi was spotty, but overall a very nice stay.

Birthday Party

It was the perfect setting for my 1 year old grandson's birthday party! Most of the family live out of town/state and it was very comfortable and relaxing and hosted everyone well. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. Overall, very nice place and would come back again!

Great Place in North Raleigh!

Our group stayed at Paul’s house for a tennis weekend with friends. Can’t say enough about how terrific it was to come back to the house after a long day on our feet and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire. Paul’s hospitality was amazing and he made us feel right at home. Already looking forward to next year’s stay!

Wonderful place!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage. It was huge and we had plenty of room. It was located close to everything we needed. Just a 20 minute drive to the airport. The floorplan was very well laid out. Plenty of room for all our group!! Enjoyed watching the groundhogs in the backyard eating the peaches off the tree. So cute! Since the weather was so HOT, we just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company playing games and such. Restaurants close by were very good! Will definitely stay again. It was close to where our friends live. Oh and a very safe and beautiful part of town. Gorgeous houses all around.

Charming home

We were visiting family in Raleigh and chose this house because of its location and size. This is a charming home with tons of space. It’s clean and modern yet warm with lots of books and a fully loaded kitchen. Loved that the linens were provided. There’s a huge backyard with a tree swing as well as 2 decks. If you need a rental in this area, we highly recommend this home! 5 ⭐️

Great Stay. 5/7/25--5/11/25

In town for Duke Law graduation.Check-in/out very easy. Communication was good/prompt. House was neat and clean. Decorated nicely. All appliances were good and A/C worked well. Water temp/pressure was good (no problems with 5 adults). House is in a nice neighborhood (there is some sort of business on the street behind the house-didn't cause any disturbances though, and the backyard is large, fenced, and has plenty of foliage/trees around the perimeter secluding it. Close to the airport.Had just about any item we needed for our stay but Coffee; I know it's not required but would of been nice if some was left there because we got in late and didn't realize there wasn't any coffee until the morning. (We bought some and left it for the next guests).No biggie as there is a grocery store, gas station, and Starbucks right around the corner. Layout was good, nice back porch.2 Bedrooms had own bathrooms; one had a TV. Other 2 rooms do not. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. One note-the house is right off of a main road. This was never a problem with heavy traffic though, but the house sneaks up on you if you're not expecting the circle driveway right off of the main road.Go see a Durham Bulls Baseball game- fairly inexpensive and really not a bad seat. Very energetic atmosphere even for a Wednesday night (they lost by 1 though lol, but it was a good game)! There's a nature preserve close to the house with walking trails.Overall--Great stay, would stay again)!

College friends getaway

The property fit our needs for our weekend. The location was convenient for our purposes and the house fit our needs. One thing that would have helped with our cooking was we only had one pot to use for cooking. We had plenty of skillets. The house could also use additional silverware, short on spoons.. Bedroom carpets could use an upgrading and if pets are allowed, maybe wooden floors would be better.

Great space, great stay

Had a great week back in town visiting old friends. When one of my children locked herself out of her bedroom Paul was super responsive and very gracious despite it being entirely our fault. The space was great to relax in during our limited downtime during a busy week and our kids all loved having their own rooms.

Comfortable stay

This property is a nice size with a huge yard. Perfect place for us with our GSDs while our house was being repaired. Paul was readily available for any questions. Would recommend.

Great Short Stay in Raleigh

We had a great experience staying here with most of the conveniences of home. I wish the bedrooms had blackout curtains as it got bright before 6am in the room, but other than that it was perfect for a weekend for our family!

Dog-friendly house in Raleigh

Overall, the house worked for our needs. We had 5 adults, 1 dog and stayed for 10 days. It is very dog-friendly (fenced in yard!) and there was plenty of room for us. The house is located next to an industrial area right near the highway - lots of road noise (can be heard in the house). Location is convenient - easy to get around. A lovely park nearby and easy to get to restaurants and grocery stores. The house could use more maintenance. While bathroom supplies were provided, the starter supply was limited (only one roll/bathroom and less than full soap - during a pandemic). The master bathroom is nicely renovated, but lacks heat. Plenty of linens provided and laundry was nice for our lengthy stay. Paul had music playing, flowers, and a lighted tree (for Christmas) when we arrived, which was a nice touch.

My name is Paul and I've lived in Raleigh for over 20 years, owner of a high-end stone masonry business called Statements in Stone. Since being down here, I've help build many neighborhoods & shopping centers, including Lafayette Village (a boutique shopping center only 2.5 miles from this property. I live nearby and can be available to help with any questions you might have.

My Property Managers name is Arayah. She handles many of the day to day aspects of booking/ hosting and will typically be your first point of contact. She is available for any questions or assistance you may need.

Storybook Cottage is a large 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with two large patios for guest use. This home has two beautiful master bedrooms with ensuite baths attached. The two spare bedrooms are comfortably large to ensure all your needs are met.
