La casa offre pavimenti in travertino, cucina nuova di zecca con elettrodomestici di fascia alta, 3 ampie camere da letto e 2 splendidi bagni con finiture in bronzo e splendide piastrelle in tutto. Seduto su un sacco e mezzo c'è un sacco di spazio nel grande cortile per qualsiasi piscina / aggiunte che potresti desiderare! Davvero una bellezza da vedere! Una casa sulla spiaggia da sogno che offre il meglio di entrambi i mondi per tutti gli amanti della natura e dell'acqua!

A soli 6 minuti a piedi da un accesso alla spiaggia pubblica noto a pochi locali che offrono l'atmosfera e la serenità di una spiaggia privata. Una breve passeggiata di 7 minuti nella direzione opposta è il fiume Matanzas con accesso alla rampa della barca per tutti i tuoi giochi d'acqua e un bel molo per godere di splendide viste sul tramonto sul fiume dove puoi goderti lo splendore dei servizi della natura.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Spacious living room and bedrooms. There was plenty of seating for everyone and we most especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We would definitely reach out to them again for future visits with there rental properties.

Great Stay!

We loved staying here! The house was so clean and the pool and outdoor area was awesome. The beach was only around a 5-10 minute walk away. Honestly we thought that the house was way nicer in person than the listing photos make it appear!

Memorial Day Summer Kickoff

Met some other couples for a few days of sun and fun to get summer started. Enjoyed two days of JJ Grey and Mofro at the Amp, hit the beach and had a boat day. We would have loved to stay longer but plan on returning soon.

Perfect cute little house to relax after a long day

This house was beautiful, well kept, clean, and in a great neighborhood not far away from main restaurants and just minutes from the beach. We were very comfortable in our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice home plenty of room

Girls trip, 4 of us had plenty of room, loved the screened porch and the pool. The gazebo by the pool was a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon to get out of the sun but still be able to enhoy the pool and outdoors. Home was clean, nice., well stocked Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions.

Nice roomy home with lovely pool.

Large, nice bedrooms and a quiet study/dining room off of the great room that is just perfect for relaxing and reading a book or playing games with friends and family. We spent most of our time outside in or by the pool. The beach was nice but was too much of a walk if you were carrying anything with you for a beach day. The great part was the ability to pay for the day and drive on the beach. Our dogs loved the yard. We appreciated being able to take our pets with us. We didn’t need as big of a place but it was nice to be able to spread out if you had the need.

Great place to stay in St. Augustine

We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! The property was really clean, the hosts were immensely helpful and very quick to respond, and the property is just as described and represented in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone in our group. It was great to have a private pool to cool off in after the hot Florida days. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The beach is just a short walk. It is short enough that we would walk over in the morning and afternoon. There are several restaurants, a Dollar General, and beach access close by. It is also convenient to the historical part of St. Augustine. I could not have been more pleased with this property and hosts. If you go to St. Augustine, this is the place to stay.

Family Stay

My family had a great stay. We came to see my sister and her fiancé for Christmas and it was a wonderful home to all get together with close proximity to the beach and St. Augustine. I had a 3 month old infant and I rented a pack and play for sleep and it worked wonderfully.

Celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday and family time

Our family enjoyed our time there. The house is great, lots of space and the back yard with the pool and fire pit is wonderful and beautiful. We also loved the porch with the big table and that’s where we ate all our meals . The beach was also beautiful. The host was very nice and everything was perfect.

Relaxing Vacation

Overall the house was better than the listed pictures, it provided enough space for our party and the back yard was great. Any question I asked was responded to quickly and I would stay again.

Great cozy family retreat

Very nice layout for families with a big group. Multiple beds and bedrooms super spacious. Pool is perfect for all sizes even the little ones that can’t swim yet.

Holiday Get Away

We very much enjoyed our stay near Butler Beach. the property was a great retreat and we got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Easy walk to the beach for sunrises or to the intercoastal for sunsets.

location space and great outdoor living area

This was a quick trip for my birthday. My children came out to visit. We enjoyed the layout of the home and the outdoor living area. There was so much space. It was literally minutes from the beach and even quick access for driving on the beach! Thank you sooooo much! We look forward to staying again!
