Interesting neighborhood away from the tourist centre of Lyon. Easy transportation by Metro or tram. It really is a studio but the patio is huge and makes it seem much larger. Kitchen is not very well equipped and the washing machine was broken. The agency responded with a list of local laundromats. Very interesting wine store just around the corner with a helpful owner who likes to talk wine.

This apartment is small but comfortable, and very well situated. We loved the large roof terrace, which allowed us to make the most of the nice weather we enjoyed during our stay. The bed and mattress are excellent and we slept really well during our stay. The AC is nice and quiet, which also helps. The neighborhood offers a wide choice of simple but good food. And Lyon is simply beautiful. We loved our stay

The apartment is nice, on its face. Once you get inside, that is. It is very hard to use the key, and no instructions on how to do it, and owing to the condition of the door when we got there, it appeared previous renters have struggled with this also. The key got increasingly hard to use over the six-day stay, and we spent an average of ten minutes each time we came in trying to get the stuck key out of the door. Also, on the third day, the hot water just stopped working. I emailed the owner, twice, to ask about what to do about this, attaching a photo of the un-lit light on the water heater. I never got a response. Still haven't. We did end up getting small amounts of warm-enough water to shower, but not ideal. The patio was nice, though. If you don't mind struggling with a key and taking tepid showers, this place will work for you. I wouldn't rent it again though.

Studio bien placé, proche du métro B et du tram 1 dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. L'appartement est propre, la literie principale est de qualité. Grand douche italienne pratique. Le chauffage est efficace. Ce studio convient bien pour deux.

This is a delightful apartment, with as its greatest feature a large roof terrace.

Great location in a beautiful city. Clean, comfortable, good mattress and airco, plenty of simple but good nearby eats & drinks. Excellent value for money.
